ROBS TRANSPORT BALLINA - Reliable, Friendly & Professional Airport Transfers Reviews

Can't fault Rob's Transport Ballina, great communication, very personable and importantly, reliable. We used Rob for transit both ways on our recent trip to Byron from airport to accommodation and return and would highly recommend, thanks

Con-X-ion wanted to leave me sitting at the airport for four hours… even though I’d booked a transfer within an hour of landing. Ended up scrambling mid-flight to sort something else, racing the safety briefing like a man possessed. Thankfully I got through to Rob, and from that point on it was smooth sailing. No stress, easy to deal with, and just a genuinely good bloke. Great chat too, plus a few solid Byron tips thrown in. Safe to say, I know exactly who I’m calling for every Ballina to Byron pickup from here on out.

ROB provided excellent service on March 30 and April 6. He was on time and very helpful with the luggage and also on things to see and do in the Byron Bay area.

Rob went out of his way to collect and arrange a car seat for us at very short notice. He was happy to drive us to a pharmacy on the way to the airport. Thank you so much for being so accomodating and helping us at such short notice. Couldn’t recommend Rob enough! Thank you 🙏🏼

We had a great experience with Rob. We were on a girls trip and he made all our transfers seem less and threw in a little tour of the area as well! Cannot recommend him enough to take care of all your transport needs in the Ballina area ! 10/10

Great service I highly recommend Rob as a transfer driver in the Ballina/Byron Bay area. He was friendly, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local region. His car was clean, comfortable, and he played great music throughout the ride. We booked Rob for our trip and were very pleased with the experience — I’ll definitely be using his services again on my next visit.

Amazing!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t speak highly enough of Rob’s Transport. From start to finish, Rob went above and beyond to ensure my trip to Ballina was smooth, safe, and stress-free. Having a private car service was worth every cent — the flexibility, comfort, and personal care made all the difference. Rob was professional, warm, and incredibly accommodating. I felt completely safe and looked after throughout my entire trip. He adjusted to my schedule with ease, was always on time, and made the whole experience seamless. If you’re considering private transport in the area, don’t hesitate — Rob’s your guy. When I return, I’ll absolutely be booking with him again. Top-tier service and a genuinely kind great human being.

5 Stars for Rob – Excellent Service! We booked Rob last minute over the Easter long weekend, unsure how the Bluesfest Airport traffic between Ballina and Byron would be. He offered a fixed fare upfront, which gave us peace of mind during what’s usually a busy period with Uber surcharges and delays. Rob was punctual, reliable, and even gave us a courtesy call with helpful info about possible Bluesfest shuttle bus pick-up points. He went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and stress-free. Such a friendly and professional guy – when we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely book with him again. So much better than the hassle of surge-priced Ubers! Thanks again, Rob. We really appreciated your service this weekend! Jonesy and Ranj

Rob drove us to our hotel and showed us all the sights for free along the way, sharing holiday tips from a local's insider knowledge. We had trouble finding our hotel and Rob parked and walked up and down until he found the entrance for us. Rob was cheerful and kind and after that first trip we booked all our driving with Rob. Later, Rob checked our flight times and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare, and also showed us another lovely beach area all part of the pre-set cost. Reliable, on-time, exceeded my expectations. Thanks Rob :)
