5 Stars for Rob – Excellent Service! We booked Rob last minute over the Easter long weekend, unsure how the Bluesfest Airport traffic between Ballina and Byron would be. He offered a fixed fare upfront, which gave us peace of mind during what’s usually a busy period with Uber surcharges and delays. Rob was punctual, reliable, and even gave us a courtesy call with helpful info about possible Bluesfest shuttle bus pick-up points. He went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and stress-free. Rob drove us to our hotel and showed us all the sights for free along the way, sharing holiday tips from a local's insider knowledge. We had trouble finding our hotel and Rob parked and walked up and down until he found the entrance for us. Rob was cheerful and kind and after that first trip we booked all our driving with Rob. Later, Rob checked our flight times and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare, and also showed us another lovely beach area all part of the pre-set cost.
