The staff is friendly, informative and professional. The hygienist are extremely gentle and do an amazingly thorough job on both of my children who are currently in braces. 5 stars are not enough!

Terrible service people don’t know their job
Absolutely terrible service we were told our procedure would be covered by insurance only to find out later they did not actually look into the insurance much and none of it was covered because we were out of Network. We didn’t realize we were out of network because we had previously been in Network with them before. The procedure was done we owed the full amount and when I questioned why someone didn’t verify that our insurance would cover this I just got the runaround. Very rude when I question things did not care in anyway that they put us in a financial bind by not checking the insurance properly absolutely non-caring at all. I would tell you definitely look somewhere else if you can I wouldn’t trust them to run my insurance if my life depended on it. Now I will likely have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for my daughter because unfortunately I don’t want her credit to be tarnished by this. I will make sure that no one in my family or anyone that I know will ever use this business again. Was much better when the father still ran things.

Taylor and Brittany are fabulous! Professional and very thorough. I’ve been coming here for years and usually a big baby when it comes to the dentist. But always felt at ease here with Dr. Robinson. My daughter and grandson love it here too!

My family and I have been patients of Dr Joe Robinson, and now of his daughter for over 20 years. This is a family business that treats their patients like extended family. They call and check-in on you after challenging procedures and continue to provide consistently exceptional service year after year. I am a fan! New to the area, I followed the Google reviews and made my 1st appointment. Three appointments later, I can't rave enough about Dr Robinson and her excellent, most wonderful staff from the front desk staff who help with appts and insurance to the hygienists and the Dr. assistants...friendly & engaged. Their equipment is modern and the office is cozy yet modern. An excellent dental experience!

Great place in the middle of town! Great customer service! The staff is amazing! I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years because I had bad experience, but today I had a great experience. Everything went smooth and I didn't feel pain. Thank you!

This place was incredible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was lively and fun to be at. I enjoyed having discussions about 90’s pop bands and teeth. The perfect mix for my slow Wednesday afternoon where I got my teeth cleaned.

I have been a client of Robinson family dental for almost 10 years now! Dr Lacey Robinson has done a fantastic job remodeling the office and putting high priority in the personal care of each clients needs!
I purchased the Burst Oral Care rechargeable Brush a year ago from the office. I have been so satisfied the mechanical function and quality of this oral Care brush! I recently had my 6-month checkup with Brittany, my hygienist in the office. She could even tell a difference in the difference in the long-term cleanliness of my teeth! lol, I am a coffee drinker! Dr Robinson offers this brush at almost a $20 cheaper than Amazon prime!
