Can't thank Tim and his team enough. We are now in our new home after a long 7 months but Tim was always there with updates and support and letting us re visit the house more than was probably required and got us through our house sale too even with a few bumps along the way Super fast at responding to queries and really listened to us. Friendly, supportive and yet super professional. We would highly recommend him for both house sales and purchases. Thank you again We are a very happy and settled family now.

Purchased a property that was listed, was a complicated transaction due to probate further up the chain and having to find a new buyer for my old property however through patience and prompt communication and a good solicitor second time round I’ve ended up with my forever home 🏡 Highly recommend Tim who was open honest and available whenever advice was needed. 😊

Tim Robinson was great from start to finish. He is professional and knowledgeable with a lot of experience in the local area, so he has awareness of the market and solicitors that really helps. Tim also has a personal touch, very easy to talk to, upfront and straightforward, responsive, and he listens. Tim was excellent at keeping things moving when other parties needed a bit of encouragement or when communication was poor, and providing re-assurance that the process was going to plan. He went above and beyond. Answers every call, replies to every email. Early morning. Weekends. Now we have our dream home. Robinson Estate Agents, probably the best estate agents in the world.
