Amazing service from start to finish, got my new Gucci glasses, from the moment you step in at Robert’s they take their time with you and treats you as a VIP. You know they’re paying attention to detail in your eye test and they even take the time to show you glasses after your eye test to see what you might like or suit. No sales pressure what so ever either , the service was just incredible. I had a few bad experiences in a very well known chain, but Roberts put faith and confidence back in to me. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome and I can’t wait to purchase some more just before summer as you’ve got a regular customer now and when you receive such great service I’ll be telling everyone :) Very professional , friendly and just sing their praises enough, give them ago as you won’t regret it one bit. Fantastic, went in as I thought I had an eye infection. Turned out I had something in my eye. The optometrist there then immediately booked me into the hospital to have it removed. By 1pm the same day I had the object removed. Couldn’t be happier and will be using them from now on.

Probably the best opticians I've ever been to! Step by step I was taken through my contact lense choices, given plenty of testing time - I even chose to test a coloured lense! Everyone was so helpful. Thank you so much for an excellent service! Very highly recommended.
