Recently completed the South West Loop trip in Nov21 and I would definitely recommend joining R2A. The bus design is BRILLIANT and there is everything you need - kitchen, hot shower, toilet, comfy bunk beds. Very organised and clean. Thanks Joe and Isa.

I did the South West Loop for 12 days in the bus and it was an amazing experience.
First of all, great communication with Joe before the trip, solving any questions about the booking process and the trip.
Then, the bus has everything you need inside, shower, toilet, beds are really comfortable and you have a little curtain for privacy and for me it’s something I really appreciate.
Very convenient to tow 4wd… which makes the trip even more adventurous, in 2 minutes we parked the bus and jumped in the troopy to go off the beaten track.
Many different activities during the whole trip with some flexibility from wine tasting, sunrise hike or jumping off rocks. Also some free time to do whatever you prefer being that either just sunbathe or practising your surfing skills.
We slept in stunning places with amazing views and the atmosphere of the group and Joe and Isa made the trip something to never forget.
So if you’re a bit lazy, don’t want to worry about were to go, you’re travelling alone or with a group of friends, you rely on someone who knows the little tricks and the best spots to go this is undoubtedly the trip for you.

I did the tour from Broome to Perth! And it was amazing! Joe and Isa are 2 fantastic persons. And they know how to organise things very well. It don't feels like a tour it feels more like a small family. Because you are only with 7 other people. I saw the most amazing sunsets/ sunrises. They took us to so many nice places. If you aks me what was my favourite thing. I can't even say you that because everything was so nice and beautifull. And the good thing is they can drop the bus and go on an adventure with the 4wd. That was so cool. Higly recommend!!!!!!!!!

The beds were comfy, the showers were as hot as a normal shower and the luxury of not having to go to the bathroom in nature when so remote was worth every cent! We also ate great meals as we could cook like in a regular kitchen.
The small group size meant everyone became close really quickly and it was a really nice environment. The itinerary was flexible and Joe and Izza took us to so many great and off the beaten track places that I would never have found myself. There was no pressure to get places and we never felt rushed or pressured to see things the group wasn't keen on. They were super supportive and always there to give an extra hand or push you past your comfort zone to try new things, while still respecting boundaries.
10/10 would recommend and will definitely travel with them again!

Me and my boyfriend did Perth to Broome and it was the most amazing 19 days! Joe knows all of the best places to go. Having done a contiki before I had ideas of what it might be like but it was so much better than any tours I have ever done before. Made some amazing friends and unforgettable memories
Don’t even second guess if you are thinking about booking this! Can’t wait to travel with the bus again

Joe is a great guy and took us to loads of great places and always made sure everyone was having a good time.
I would definitely reccomend Road2Adventure to anybody young or old who's looking for an adventure round Australia.

Last year I did the South West loop and now, I just finished the Perth to Broome tour. 2 truly amazing experiences. The bus is very modern with all the appliances you need ( fridge, oven, hot shower, toilets, USB ports) and very comfy beds. It is really as described and equal to the pictures. Traveling with only a few people is really awesome too as you get to know each other very well and by the end of the trip, it feels like a little family going around Australia.
Joe and Isa are just the best. They really know the different places you go to and are even keen on discovering new things too. They respect our decisions if we want to move on or spend more time on a spot, there is no rush and all the main spots will be seen.
For a backpacker, it looks a bit pricey, but it definitely worths the money as if you are traveling with a van or a 2wd, you can't access some hidden spots.
I will recommend Road 2 adventure to anyone. It is a no brainer.

Darwin to Broome
14 days, great trip thru the beautiful Kimberley. Thanks to Joe and Isa, wonderful couple making sure we had a good time and experience of that amazing countryside. Bus with beds etc so comfy. 4WD Landcruiser for all those sandy, rocky roads ideal. This trip highly recommended, just awesome.

If you want to see all there’s to offer on the west coast (Broome-Perth) at an affordable price, look no further than Road 2 Adventure! As someone who had meticulously planned out her entire trip beforehand, even I had plenty of pleasant surprises along the way. If you like the mountains, great, because you’ll definitely be doing some hiking. If you like the beaches/water activities, great, because you will have plenty of chances to go snorkelling/surfing/paddle boarding. Furthermore, because it is a small group of 9 people (7 travellers plus Joe & Isa, the owners) and there’s no rush to get to accommodation within check-in hours since it’s in the bus (!!), the schedule is very flexible. I managed to go scuba diving on one of our more idle, beach days and probably wouldn’t have been able to do that if I went with another company. The bus is equipped with a proper toilet, shower and kitchen which all worked well throughout the 19 days without any hitches. Not only is this a truly unique way to travel Australia, but you’ll also be doing it with exceptional and friendly hosts. I can recall numerous occasions where Joe went an extra mile to ensure everyone in the group is safe and happy. I’ll recommend you guys to anyone who’s thinking of exploring the wild west hahaha ;)

It was one of the best road trips I have ever done. You have the chance to make new friends, explore the hidden beauties of Australian nature and chill in front of a bonfire if the nights are to cold or just watch the stars sourounded by a beautiful beach or native bush in the middle of a National Park.
It is suitable for all ages, and you are free to decide what ever you want to do and make suggestions of places you would like to see as long as they are on the rute. Is literaly a hotel on weehls (comfortable beds on the bus), no more than 8 people.
Besides, you will have the chance to go to places that not many people know about. Includes a 4WD.
100% recommended.
Some of my high lights of the trip:
-Swiming in clear fresh water after a good hike (suitable for all ages)
-Spotting diverse wild life (Dingos, crocs, snakes, etc)
- Secluded camping spots
- Warm shower and toliet on the bus
- Drinking a beer in the roof of the bus watching the sunset, ap to you.
So if you are looking for disconnect and get rid of all your worries and enjoy then this is it.

I did the 19 day Broome to Perth trip with Joe and Isa and it was awesome!! These guys know all the best little places that are well hidden in the middle of nowhere. The bus is bloody brilliant! It’s entirely self contained so we could literally pull up anywhere for the night. No need to rough it and pitch tents at the end of a long day of hiking, swimming and exploring. The bunks were surprisingly cozy and there was heaps of space. The trip itself was wicked. There were so many places I never would’ve known to go see if it was just me. I also never would’ve pushed myself to hike up a mountain in the dark to see the sun rise but I’m so glad everyone ignored my whining because it was so worth it!! With such a supportive crew, you feel like you could tackle anything. I definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for an action packed adventure trip that really shows what our country has to offer if you’re willing to go off the beaten track!

I could not travel with friends because of national borders closure... so I decided to go with Road2Adventure and seriously... what a great adventure (human, nature and discovery wise)!
Joe showed us everywhere! We had the chance to camp in amazing spots and see so much wildlife! Such an amazing trip! Thanks again to Joe and Isa!

I completed the Perth to Broome road to adventure trip a couple of weeks ago. My expectations were high having read the previous reviews but nothing could have prepared me for how good it actually was. The bus is sooo comfortable and I slept like a baby every night. It has every home comfort you would need. The shower is hot with a detachable shower head. The kitchen is equipped to be able to make great meals every night and we never ate the same thing twice. Joe and Iza put a lot of work into making the bus like a home and it shows.
The best thing about this tour was how laid back it was. I didn’t like the look of any of the other tours because they were so stringent on time and schedules. On this trip the group decides the itinerary. We get up and go at our own pace and Joe knows all the best places to go. Some of the places we went to I had never even heard of but they blew my mind. In my opinion this is the only way to see Western Australia and I have come home feeling like I did everything there was to do and saw everything there was to see. I have also made friends I hope to have for a very long time to come. This won’t be my last trip with Joe and Iza and I’m already counting the days till the next one.

This trip is ******* (paste your favourite sware word here) great. Told people about this trip before and after, and a lot of people said they wanted to do it but it was booked out.
So don't think too much about it, and book it now!
You won't experience as much with any other tours as with Joe and Isa. Got a 4wd which is essential, been to hardly touched places, seen wildlife, and felt accomplished every day.
Every day is literally an adventure. Get up, explore, do things you've never done, seen or imagined before.
Living on the bus is like crashing on your mates' couch in the living room, having a big pijama party. Which is pretty much true, because the bus is their home.
The bus is full comfort, the bunk is very private (like I was sleeping naked so many times, cuz it was too hot). When I first saw the bus, I thought I was gonna be very frustrated, managing that small space with 8 other people, but it's actually so chill. On long drives I could edit pictures from the days before or play video games on my laptop (I mean I could charge it on the way). Which is pretty cool.
Everyone's got their own little struggles, and as we often get out of our comfort zones on the trip, things can get challenging. But every time something happened we were treated with respect, patience and care. Never felt neglected, or left out or pushed. I personally wasn't very comfortable snorkeling, but Joe explained everything to the smallest detail that helped me getting comfortable for the whaleshark snorkeling adventure. He's an amazing problem solver and felt safe and easy during the trip.
Time stops when you're aboard Gerti or Gus.
