Thank you RMI team. The process was right on time with quick responses. I would strongly suggest RMI if someone is looking for the educational background check as a part of SG work pass application process.

Patrick Mesina and Jelyn Yew were very responsive, supportive and transparent. They helped expedite the process with regular updates where possible and successfully delivered within the target timeframe. Would highly recommend given the end to end experience.

It has been 3 months and still no report from them. Only reply “please wait”. I checked with my university who replied quite fast, so I really don’t know why RMI took so much time to do the report. I don’t recommend this agency at all.

I opted for RMI for my MOM education verification. It has a very easy and user friendly online submission portal. However, the process took more than a month to complete and get the report. This is a substantial duration when it comes to a new job offer. Nurul helped me a lot to received regular updates on my submission.

I am not impressed with the turn around time of RMI. they are responsive but things move very slowly and RMI doesn't seem to make any progress to complete the case. If you are running out of time then be careful before going with RMI.

DO not recommend. fake advertisement for MOM education verification. never provide the report on time as per pre-agreed. Ads stated as 15 working days but actual waiting time is at least 1 month. Do not use RMI for MOM education verification!

We have used this company twice for our staff, both occasions we need to appeal to MOM for extension of submission of the report. The latest was the worse, we paid them in early May 2023 and when we checked with them on updates we were reminded by them that they need 15 business days to verify (It was already passed 40 days when we asked for status update). Might want to try another company next time

Very bad in repones or i should have say no response from them. Ask to update email address, never update then its become our issue for not replying their email. Called no one answer, whatapps take one whole day to reply you. NO RECCOMMED PLEASE USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Updates: 14/9/2023 - Made Payment/ Submit candidate's document 21/9/2023- Whatapps to update candidate's email address 22/9/2023- Receive email from them to ask for resubmit of documents as is unclear. 26/9/2023- email them to update candidate's email address again. 19/10/2023- Whatsapp to check for the result, reply on 20/10/2023 asking for documents again. 23/10/2023- Whatsapp to check for the result-reply: checking are on going. 24/10/2023- Whatsapp to check for the result-reply: institution no responses and ask for official contact of school. 25/10/2023 24/10/2023- Whatsapp to check for the result-reply: checking are on going. 26/10/2023-Whatsapp to check for the result-reply: no reply till now. VERY VERY LOUSY SERVICE, STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMMED

In the capacity of representing my company in the education background screening. I like RMI;'s online order form which is very user friendly and most of all I have someone to attend to me promptly and tried their best to get my report out slightly more than a week, which I deeply appreciate especially Jelyn, Patrick, Johnson and those involved in this. Thumbs up :), continue to keep up such service .....

I've been engaging RMI for some time with regard to some MOM cert verifications. All good till a recent snag in their service which caused a long delay and alot of frustration. I'm still rating them 5 stars cause of the great service recovery. RMI team replaced the CS rep with Deanne and Jon to help work on the assignment. Both of them displayed great professionalism and significant urgency to move things along. Thanks guys, job well done. 10/10!

Today is the 31st day since we have engage RMI for the verification of certification for my candidate from Phi. i have to say we are extremely disappointed by them firstly the timeline as well as the service provided. Candidate have been waiting over a month for my EP due to this verification. The website of RMI mention that its up to 18th days for the report for difficult to reach counties. Email reply were also slow we have to chase them to reply and worst of all some days they took almost one entire week just to inform you that the documents are incorrect. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST !!!!!

Thanks again for the great help from Mervyn and team! Its been exceedingly tough of late and understandable some things can get held up (which is in part because MOM has so many applications right now!). Appreciation to RMI and MOM once again for heling get things through, despite the massive pile up and stress.

My personal report took times but now it was completed. I would like to appreciate Mervyn Ho for helping and keeping me updated on my inquires. My suggestion for RMI is just to keep a little more attention for customers & students. Thanks for your help!
