Please don't waste your time or money.I signed a contract with RKG 6-2019 to replace a roof.There was a 30 warranty on material,and 10 year warranty on the workmanship.When the roof started leaking in three rooms ,I called Robby "He said the leaks was't covered under the warranty".I asked how could he decide that without looking at it? than he said that the company had been sold,but he would round up somebody to go look at it.I called him the next day ,but he will not answer the phone.I called the office ,but only get the answering machine.I sure hope they are not still selling people roofs.Once they get your money it's over.

On the 8th of January we met with Eric and Robby from RKG to start work on our home which had been hit by a vehicle. RKG was recommended by our public adjuster so we trusted them. We signed an agreement to begin work and immediately paid our full deductible of 8200$ on the 8th of January this year. During the next 6 weeks they only came over to do any work one single time. They were extremely unresponsive and rude when we tried to get answers as to what the plan to get our home back to livable would be. At a certain point we decided to move on and find a contractor that could get the job done. Our home was in shambles. We had paid them $8,200 with little to no work done in 6 weeks so we requested our money back. RKG gave us a cost incurred worksheet which said they had done about 1500$ of work and hit us with a 1500$ contract cancellation fee. We disagreed but accepted their cost incurred worksheet and requested the 5k+ difference back. The owner of the company agreed to pay us the difference but never did. When I would call he would get irritated and say he wasn’t in the office. Then he just stopped responding. We would like to be paid the 5k+ that RKG owes us! When this matter is settled we will remove this complaint.

Don't do business with this guy. This Phillip Davis Guy just scammed me and my driver for $4,500. Very ugly guy to do business with. He blocked me on Facebook and he blocked my number as well He goes by Phillip Davis and his using this profile to scam Carriers, Customers and Brokers. He still has not paid us not even a penny

Had our roof replaced and other items redone after a storm. The front shutters on our windows were not put on right, and when I called our contact, he said he would get someone out. Finally, he texted and said he is not longer with RKG and when I called the company's location, I never could get a call back. They are good at taking items off, but not putting them back correctly or fixing them.
