Renuity is a great company to work with for a new shower install. The Salesman Jay and the installers Wellington and William were excellent. Jay walked us through the process and explained everything in detail to us. When the installers Wellington and William came to do the job they were wonderful and very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone doing a new shower install.

The entire process with Rite Window - Greater Boston was seamless. They handled everything, including pulling all the necessary permits, and completed the full shower renovation in just three days. It was completely hassle-free for me as the customer, and I’m very happy with the result.

We had four new windows installed. Three replacement windows and an extra to expand another where the sun comes up. Team B did an excellent job. They came out beautiful. They even matched the new woodwork to my 1948 woodwork trim. I am so happy with them, they are coming back this fall to put in the final four. I highly recommend them.

We had our existing bathroom shower replaced with Kohler LuxStone Shower installed by a crew from Kohler. This was not a simple job as the bathroom was 80" " 46" and 96" in height. The finished bathroom shower looks amazing and the crew assigned to do the work did an excellent job. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and how they cleaned up the work space each day. Highly recommended if you want a quality shower remodel.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new master bathroom and powder room. While it took a few weeks for Rite Window to get the materials gathered, the scheduling was well coordinated and the installation was very fast. Not the cheapest but we feel we got what we paid for and more. What an excellent result! Superior materials and the installers were true craftsmen. We very highly recommend and would certainly contract again with Rite Window.

My installation was done on March 23 - 25. That process was fine overall, but the plumbing inspector had an issue with the way the tub drain was connected. It took until April 9 for that to be corrected. Now a re-inspection needs to happen in order to close the plumbing permit. Several calls have been made and I am still waiting for the plumber, Greg, to get that done. There has been little to no follow up from customer service on this. I am not impressed and this is turning into a headache.
Rite Window did a beautiful job replacing the 40 year old windows and exterior doors on my single family home. Judi, the Sales Rep, and Phil, the Project Manager, were very responsive to my questions as a first time homeowner. The installation crew was also stellar. I highly recommend Rite Windows.

I signed a contract on February with a promised installation timeline of 4–6 weeks, and it has now been nearly 9 weeks with no installation date and no meaningful updates. I followed up on March and was told I would receive a response, but I never heard back.
I also want to point out that my quick research online shows other customers reporting very similar issues, especially around delays, poor communication, and follow up. which raises a serious concern for me that this may be a pattern rather than an isolated situation.
Based on this experience, I am losing confidence in the process and am concerned about what support will look like even after installation is completed.
Quality of the product was nice, but the communication by the company was very poor. The sub contractor double booked my job and called me 5 minutes before they were suppose to arrive to reschedule, when I called Rite Window about this they claimed that we weren't double booked , but then couldn't give me a good answer to why I had to reschedule. They also did not confirm the reschedule date and just showed up.
Installers were nice, but they left my house a mess including leaving cigarette butts inside the house. And it took my wife and I two hours to clean all the residue they left in our kitchen and living room.
Also the door that they installed was done hastily and needs repairs.
Salesman John L, was honest, direct, and did not call me back to pressure me at all. I ordered almost a year later, the product improved since then, money was the same. Amazing company.

If you are thinking of using this company.....STAY FAR AWAY!!!!The sales rep lied and decieved us, the workmanshi p is poor at best, the customer service is THE WORST!!! They talk a good game but their goal is to just get your money and NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE! Overall products are cheap and inexpensive but they charge premium prices!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! I wish I never chose them to do my bathroom. If I could give zero stars I would!
