Very disappointed at the treatment received on 26 Dec 15:00 playing roulette. Was deciding how much to play when the pit boss Very rudely outloud Infront of customers told me seats were for players only. Whilst there was only two people playing. I was playing buy sat out a round or two before buying more chips. I do not know how Rio keeps their customers because they will NOT see me again. Will rather drive to Emerald or Carousel.

Positive: restaurant and bar onsite without leaving. A/C in rooms, clean towels. Comfortable blanket.
Negative: middle of nowhere so limited transport.
“Resort” drinks are expensive. Savanna =R45
Food was not memorable.
Room filthy and outdated.
Pool dirty/cloudy
Security harassment of guest due to “robberies” guests can’t sit in front of hotel?
Phone don’t work.
can hear person in next room breathe and move.
Saturday they played loud music for an event from 1pm til 1 am right beside the hotel rooms (there was no guests participating)
