Did a return on 3 items. Was told I would receive an email of proof of return before leaving. Never received confirmation, had questions to my partial refund that I saw on my c/c account so I called the store to ask. When I informed them that I never received an email and taught that this was not professional that I had to call them to receive it. Email was sent while on the phone. Had questions about the partial payment she the girl asked her manger Bree about. I asked to speak to the manager Bree and was told no. When you could clearly hear her speaking to her in the background. This is unexceptionable as a colleague should not be the middle man to a conversation a client is trying to have with a manger.

Don't bother to try and get help with an order they messed up. They were supposed to engrave my fiancee wedding band, but after waiting about 7 weeks, it arrived with no engraving. Bear in mind I dropped $30k on the engagement ring. The chat bot is useless, you can't talk to a person, and on the 3rd call I finally got a person who could only tell me the same thing, they will escalate it. Response 2 business days. So by the time they send me an envelope, it get returned, fixed and back in my hand our wedding will have come and gone. They have horrible customer support unless you are buying a high dollar item. UPDATE - the original customer service was really bad - however, thanks to Melanie and Sarah it looks like this will be resolved.

Buyer beware. Bought huggie earrings 1 month ago, wore a few times and the mechanism on one of them no longer clips shut. They send out all repairs - overseas I'm sure - which take 6-8 weeks. Absolutely absurd service for the prices they want to charge - go to any other jewelry store on Madison for better quality and better service.

Terrible customer service on lost return. It has been 2 weeks since I returned a gold bangle with diamond that costs over 3000$. Haven’t received any updates from Fed Ex or RC as to location of this package even after I provided Fed ex tracking number. RC said they cannot refund me without the item. I am afraid it is lost or stolen and RC or Fed Ex will not refund me. Think twice before you use this business. I certainly would not purchase anything and will share this experience with my friends and acquaintances.

Let's see how do you review an item you never received.....it was "delivered" by FedEx no proof of delivery or signature. I notified them immediately and they said to wait 48hrs. I let them know that my lobby has a doorman and security camera and FedEx was never at my building at the time of delivery. At no point did they offer to send me a replacement. Instead, they instructed me to file a police report. This would have been the 5th ring I purchases for them but it will definitely be the last. Seems they remove negative reviews as I have seen many saying the exact same thing as me. I also provided them security video of NOTHING being delivered to my doorman/lobby and they still charged me for rings I never received. Awful company, do not buy anything from them.

I already left a bad review for some reason it’s no longer here. I can’t judge on the quality of the gold because i never received it but if the quality is like their customer service it’s terrible more than terrible ! Took so long in replying to my email and when they did very rude and they didn’t care at all! Basically they won’t help and that’s it! I don’t have my money or my jewelry . Don’t buy from here if you have any problems they do not help!

Update: not only are they disrespectful but also thieves. Returned a product within the return period (due to very poor quality) received an email from them that the return has been approved it has been 3 weeks and still I have not received my money. I have written them 3 times and no replies. How is this company still in business? Their team, when they finally responded, have insulted me and disrespected me (Amber!l). They left me feeling very disrespected. NEVER AGAIN!!! UNETHICAL PRACTICES when they remove any negative reviews on their products!! Go out there and try yourselves!! Absolutely NO good. Sizing is completely wrong and customer service is the worst. Over 10 attempts to chat with someone with no success. Emails not answered. My reviews were omitted from their website which means you will only see positive reviews and they'll remive all negative reviews!!! This is NOT ethical and it is misleading!!! This is awful awful awful. Read all the reviews before spending your money here. So disappointing!!!

As you can imagine seeing RC posted all over instagram, we were so excited to go engagement ring shopping for my daughter and her boyfriend. They brought me along to get ideas of settings and stones. This was the most deflating experience for a time that should have been filled with laughter, love and excitement. The sales lady did not engage in how they met or how much of an exciting time this was. She basically showed us the stones and the 2 settings offered. The whisper or the pave. I felt like we could have been at a fast food chain, churn and burn pick your options, wait time 4 weeks and its a go. We left feeling very empty and disappointed. The only upside to this, was that this was our 2nd visit to a jeweler and not our 1st stop. The other jeweler created a heartfelt and exciting experience. His genuine care was the complete 180 from our experience at RC. I know you can do better! I hope this feedback is helpful.
