Had an initial appointment here and it was okay. Minor procedure done. Came back for 2nd appointment. Was 13 minutes late and they wouldn’t see me. I called 25 minutes before to confirm I’d be fine running 13 minutes late. They said I had a 15 minute grace period. That was a lie. The procedure maybe takes 10 minutes. Drove an hour to and from for no reason. Will not be coming back
