Do not buy from Right Air.
I bought a heat pump from this company. Less than 2 months after the purchase and the heat pump working, it stopped. I called the company I bought the heat pump from and this is where the runaround began:
First they wouldn't assist me because they did not install it themselves. They required me to send them a report from a recognized installer, which I did. Then they stated that my power might have been an issue and so they still cannot honour any warranty or guarantee. They clearly had no interest in assisting me after the sale. After many calls, and many fights, I eventually got in contact with the manufacturer in Cape Town (I'm in JHB) who assisted me and took the heat pump in and repaired it under warranty.

I selected Right Air based on all the positive reviews on the internet. So, I had high expectations. When dealing with Right Air, the expectations were exceeded every time. That is from the quoting stage, ordering, booking installation and the especially the actual installation. The process was quick and professional. Even the cleanup afterwards was impeccable with attention to detail.
If I were to install another aircon I would not even bother with quotes from other suppliers, I would just use Right Air

Had a great experience with this aircon supplier! They were efficient in responding to emails, and Grant did an excellent job with the installation. He managed to install three units in a single day, and the work was done very neatly. Highly recommend their services!

Purchased air-con units 5years ago. Prior to purchase, a sales person came to my house and advised on the units needed and the best place to mount them. Purchase and installation was efficient & seamless. I have been scheduling my annual services with Adele with ease & and the service team always arrives on time. They always leave the place as clean as they found it, are quick and efficient. Never had any issues on my units and would recommend them any day.
