Recently I needed to do a mold remediation on my house, and found Ridpest online. Clarence came to my assistance. He told me they can do an in-depth inspection/consultation that's no charge. I said ok. During which, he explained about each of the different processes and treatment that Ridpest will perform. I found Clarence to be honest, reliable and experienced. So I decided to ask him for a quotation, after which hubby and I accepted. While preparing for what I call "Operation Mold day", I was so bothered by the mold situation, I had a plethora of questions for Clarence.. All of which he answered and explained patiently. Very helpful, understanding and professional indeed! "Operation Mold day" went by smoothly, thanks to the efficiency and experience of Ridpest. They even have before and after photos! And most important of all, the treatment processes that Ridpest performed DO work and are effective! 👍 Very pleased with their service. Well done and thank you so much, Clarence and Damien! 👏

Hired Ridpest to do a mould remediation on my house about 1.5 months ago. Prior to this, I had spoken to 2-3 other companies but none of the customer service reps were as convincing as Clarence. Clarence came with his iPad and made a “presentation” of all the steps of their treatment and I felt that showed a lot of pride in their work and professionalism. I was quickly convinced so I hired them to carry out the treatment when I was overseas (with my helper supervising). Oh yes.. forgot to mention that I had to postpone the date of the treatment because of some emergency at home and he obliged with no questions asked! It shows that he is not just out to close sales but is an empathetic and kind person. Clarence is truly an asset to the company. He is very professional - knowledgeable, warm and friendly, and takes time to listen to your issues before providing a solution. He even goes beyond his call of duty to recommend dehumidifiers for me and offered to come down (and he did!!) to teach me how to use the dehumidifier when it arrived. That is truly customer services at its best! Thank you Clarence and Ridpest for everything!

Would recommend -- 5/5 stars. Was looking urgently for pest control for a wasp/bee hive removal. l called a number of companies but all told me they were full and unable to accomodate my request for same day removal of hive. I was recommended Ridpest by my friend, and Clarence responded to my request promptly. Even though their calendar was full, they made room to squeeze in my request so the wasp nest could be removed on the day I contacted them.

Service and effectiveness was 5 star! Clarence was the best, always making sure the next solution is at hand and thinking from the other's point of view, and proposing the best plan possible. This puts Ridpest way ahead of other companies I tried to get in touch with, and you will not go wrong with their professionalism. I also like the way the Company cares for their team and Mother Earth, with eco friendly products which are also effective. It is the kind of company I want to support. Quality product and well-thought through service plan aside, the thoroughness and thoughtfulness is out of what you normally experience. It is a first-rate example of excellent service, and I know no other provider in Singapore with such strong service ethos. Well done! Clarence made sure everything was great and always very responsive and responsible. It took Ridpest only a day to resolve pest and mould issues that would otherwise take weeks if not months. Found what seems like termites when we were doing renovation. And contacted them via a friend recommendation. They came down on the very same day to view our site. We were afraid of other pest like rats & cockroaches and wanted to simply add on the service to get rid of all of them once and for all. First time using Ridpest service and the team really exceeded my expectations! Having mould and mould mites in your house can be really stressful. Ridpest team took care everything for me. It was a very simple process. I didn't need to move or cover the furnitures or have to employ another service to do a separate decontamination or pest removal round. Apart from removing the mould, they also decontaminated surfaces/furnitures throughout the house, including clearing up spider webs! which I thought was not part of the package. Strongly recommend Ridpest for a stress free service. I think the package is well worth it compared to others like mouldgone

Very happy with the cleaning service from ridpest! Spoke to Clarence who was very clear in explaining each step in the cleaning process. House was much cleaner after the session. Took Clarence’s suggestion to get a dehumidifier for the home - great way to reduce the humidity level at home

Engaged Ridpest for an isolated mould issue and they are very responsive. Although they do not provide this service, Clarence went an extra mile by introducing DIY ideas to solve this issue. It was a genuine experience and will definitely recommend this company👍
