This was my first appointment and was for a consultation with John (his choice to greet me with his first name) . John was very informative, very personable, very understanding, and reassuring. I did not feel like a patient on a conveyor belt. I left with a clear understanding of what the procedure will be and the schedule for the process. I also had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Kakkar. My initial visit was an overall peaceful and pleasant experience.

Well I was skeptical at first, but, Richmond Denture Implants are courteous friendly and truly knowledgeable in their skills of implantation, yes I love my implants doctor assistants and staff all helpful professional and skilled in their trade, so yes I will definitely consider them for further dental work, o yeah they are prompt to help and take care of your cleanings and oral health. enjoyed meeting the team at Richmond D&I at 7000 Forest Ave. Very friendly and professional group. Looking forward to the 2nd set of arches which will be the result of a highly precise digital imaging system. The only thing lacking is a mandala on the ceiling which I could stare at when I am lying back in the chair.

On my first appointment, to dentures and implants, I was 30 minutes early so I expected to wait until my appointment time, instead Lewis called me in ( pleasantly surprised). He detailed the entire procedure thoroughly, as what to expect to the point that I was ready, regardless of the cost. I had experienced talking with two other dentists about this procedure, and was disappointed at their performance and lack of knowledge. I am expecting great success with this dentist treatment and plan, I can’t wait. Lewis made me feel comfortable with the treatment and service that I will be receiving. My experience was nothing like I though it would be. At first a lot of pain and lack of sleep. I actually had to learn how to eat again because my teeth were not coming together as they should have. However, after a month which seems like a year I can eat somewhat normally.
