He has treated my family and I am also a busy plastic surgeon in NYC.
He is highly respected by all of his hospital fellow plastic surgeons, and follows the same privacy rules as many of us do. He is genuinely compassionate about his patients.
I personally disagree with comments to the contrary.
I think Dr.Swift did a fantastic job on my chin lipo. And it was a great priced considering it was in nyc. He was very knowledgeable and polite, I had no issues with the doctor. I can’t recommend the doctor himself enough. I took a star off because the girl at the front, she was nice however very disorganized. She didn’t call me at all, it was me doing all the calling to make sure I was good. I had to be the one to call in days before my surgery and she had told me they would send prescriptions to my pharmacy and she didn’t. So I had to call back again so that she would do it. And for one of my post op appointments, I took the day off work and when I get to the office i’m told the doctor is on vacation and she did not call me at all to let me know or reschedule.
I had a really great experience with Dr Swift. Polite, accommodating, and very understanding. Dr Swift has a good understanding of anatomy and aesthetics. Definitely recommend him for liposuction. I got my thighs and arms done in August and they have fully healed, I am very excited by the results!

Dr. Richard Swift and his team is extremely kind, patient and professional. From my initial consultation to the day of surgery, the process was smooth and Dr. Swift was very transparent about the entire procedure. I had buccal fat removal and jowl liposuction. I am still recovering although I am back to my usual activities and am very pleased with the surgery and overall experience. Stephanie, the receptionist, is extremely kind and professional as well! Exceptional Experience with Dr. Richard Swift!
I recently had calf and ankle liposuction performed by Dr. Richard Swift, and I couldn't be happier with the results. For years, I felt insecure about my legs, as they appeared bulky and masculine, making me hesitant to wear skirts, dresses, and heels. From the very first consultation, Dr. Swift was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and understanding of my concerns.
He took the time to listen to my frustrations and thoroughly explained both the benefits and potential risks of the procedure. Although I was initially nervous, he reassured me that he would sculpt my legs to achieve a beautifully lean and feminine shape—and he truly delivered! My results exceeded my expectations, giving me the confidence I always dreamed of.

Currently I am recovering from a tummy tuck and gyno surgery. Dr Swift did a great job and am super happy with the results. It was definitely pricey but well worth it. Stephanie was super hospitable as well and got good music taste so being in the office was comfortable for me. Highly recommended
I saw DR. Swift for Gynecomastia surgery. After the Surgery the puffiness of my nippls were finally gone. Super happy with how everything turned out. Stephanie (secretary) was super nice and helpful. A few follow up's was scheduled to ensure everything was healing up nicely. I can finally where a shirt and hit the gym without feeling uncomfortable!!
Dr. Swift is truly an angel and expert in what he does. He is one of the few that I trust with my face. I recently had him inject Belotero under my eyes/upper cheek area and I immediately saw results and walked out with so much confidence after feeling so tired and drained. He has a great bedside manner and a very kind spirit but more importantly he has such a soft touch and understanding of the facial anatomy that I never bruise when I’m in his care. I went on with my day without any makeup and had New Year’s Eve the next day and my makeup went on smoothly and I started my new year with a fresh look! Can’t wait to go back for my next glow up! I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Swift's. I spent awhile considering several NYC / Park Ave surgeons before selecting him to perform my explant surgery, and I definitely made the correct choice. Dr. Swift is extremely well-trained with an unmatched eye for aesthetics. I took off one star because there were a couple small organizational and communicative issues that slightly impacted my experience. That being said, the results were outstanding, so I would absolutely recommend Dr. Swift's practice to anyone who is considering invasive (or non-invasive) cosmetic surgery.
