not sure this place is legitimate Not even sure this is a legitimate business. I get the sense its run by some dude in his pj's living in mom's basement. I tried to purchase contact lenses, they accepted my payment and then 3-4 days later got an email cancelling my order, no explanation. When I questioned why, I was given a very rude reply explaining that they had charged me the incorrect price and they "didn't have to sell anything to me if they didn't want to". Sounded like someone didn't ask to be born! Better off shopping elsewhere, try somewhere with a reputation to protect, not these amateurs.

This is hands down one of the worst places to get glasses, you will wait an hour even if you have an appointment and then they will take someone ahead of you even though you waited for over an hour with an appointment, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Almost $500. for lenses only. Overcharged me and would not accept my discount service plan i pay for that was accepted the week before by another store. Then got rude when questioned about it. Then was rude by phone to a family member also on the plan. Also, the lenses are ok. I am being honest here. You don't treat customers like this. This is not a fake review Alberto !! Deal with it !! Apparently, Your only 100%. satisfied customers must be the ones who like you ⅋NᴉX)∩Ⅎ them.

I have been going here for years for my glasses and contacts, mostly contacts. This last experience was not the best and can say i would never go back. With this new technology they have it wasnt the best experience I had to return because I couldn’t see with my new prescription, which was messed up twice. I ended asking with the prescription they said was correct, let the trials on for weeks to see if i will get use to it. My two eyes still can’t see good. Now I have to go to another place and repay 150 for new eyes exam and new boxes. So now I take a lost because they are trying a new system that is accurate. A real doctor should physically be there. Very unhappy

I was impressed with the physical exam of how how Tests that are done for the eye exam, it didn't take long and how very professional that workers was. They did a great job with my glasses I can see very clearly now and I can get back to my reading.
