At first the experience was wonderful, Dr was very kind, and worked with me with my anxiety. I have always taken oral sedation for multiple reasons, and it has always worked. I had an appt for a filling, and the shots barely work on me due to a genetic mutation, so I called the day before to get the script like usual for the oral sedation, and they told me they will not be giving me oral sedatives anymore, which without that I essentially feel EVERYTHING. When I asked for reasoning, or to speak with the Dr, they told me he will not be answering any questions, and will not be changing his mind. Worst possible way to treat a patient, if I could give negative stars, I would.

If you don’t confirm your appt three times ALL three times, they will cancel your appt. You will show up and someone will have filled your appt slot and you will have to wait a month to reschedule. I liked this office I think they do a good job but I’m not picking up a part time job confirming appointments. It’s insane to have to confirm an appt two weeks one week and three days before or have your appt canceled. The office staff doesn’t care and are not willing to work with you.
Edit- I never got any phone call before my appt was canceled and sure as hell would never have felt entitled to prioritize my time over someone else’s and requested they cancel someone’s appt to fit me in? No need to lie on your google review response Stellar 😅😂

We actually send just two confirmations not three. If not confirmed, we call and text, last resort is to cancel. Every once in a while though, a patient calls back too late cursing and yelling, demanding that we cancel someone else’s appointment so we can fit them in, unfortunately there is little we can do.

Dr Z is incredible. If you want a dentist that will listen to you, who will answer any questions without feeling like you're being talked down to, and who obviously knows his business, this is where you need to go.

I was disappointed with Dr. Mohammad’s attitude, his approach came across as lacking genuine concern for patients. On the other hand, the dental assistant who helped me (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) was excellent. She was very kind, attentive, and far more helpful throughout my visit. I really appreciated her care and professionalism.

I'm told he is very gentle, which I need because of previous bad experiences. Very thorough teeth cleaning and a thorough exam from the Doctor. All the staff was very, very kind and informative. Love this place. Can't wait to go on this adventure of getting my teeth done, its been thirty years since I've had them all a thorough working on. Will let you all know how things go and turn out.
