Courteous and friendly service with prompt attention. The eye exam was straightforward and routine—just as it should be! I also enjoyed the brief chat about our appreciation for cats. Thank you for keeping the visit focused on eye care rather than a sales pitch for glasses, as some optometrists tend to do.

Dr. Hall is wonderful. She is very thorough in her exam, the lenses she prescribed corrected my vision so that I could see perfectly. Her demeanor is friendly and she seems genuinely interested in our conversations during the visit. I am a repeat patient and will return to see her again for my next check up.

I really enjoyed and had the best experience with Dr. Kimberly Hall, she is a great listener, and explained everything to me throughly, and answered my questions. She genuinely was concerned, that was one of the best optical appointment I’ve ever had. I hope the keep her around 😃👍. Also I want to give a shout out to Abel S. He was great too, he helped me with my frames and gave me time to browse and take my time, was was very personable and kind👍

Dr. Hall is FANTASTIC! This was my first eye exam in several years and I was so nervous! She was so kind, and educated me about my exam throughout the entire process! I love that she took pictures of my eye and explained the anatomy as she told me about my overall eye health! 10 out of 10, I have found my eye Doctor for LIFE! Thank you!

I went to Warby Park on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. I saw Dr. Kimberly Hall and I must say the store was amazing the atmosphere was awesome. Her professionalism was above and beyond. She was so easy to talk with. I will be back and I will refer my family and friends. If you previously saw her at her previous employer you really need to make the switch. Warby Parker mad an awesome investment with this store and her.
