The service here is ok. You will interact with a touchscreen more than a person. Their parking lot is small so you will have to compete with staff and customers for the limited spots. Other than these two small issues the pharmacy is clean, safe, and customers are usually in and out in under 10 minutes.

I have been on GLP-1 injections for almost a year. In all of this time I’d never received a single bad vial from any other place. The place I used told me that the pharmacy I love(Southend) no longer shipped to my state and they were using this one now. I didn’t google any reviews of this place before I started injecting the medication. Let me tell you, after two weeks of injections I felt my appetite grow very rapidly. It had been maintained for a long time prior due to the Tirzepatide I’d been using. Well, after the third and forth injections I had a full blown appetite and yearn for food I don’t think was even that bad before I started tirzepatide! I am convinced I got a vial of vitamin B ONLY. There is no way there was any tirzepatide in that vial… I went from being stable on my appetite and rapidly losing weight to increased appetite and a weight gain back of 8lbs in that month I used whatever garbage this place sent me.
Steer clear away from this place. Upon research they have been in a lot of trouble with FDA recently due to unsanitary conditions and adding things like testosterone to the Tirzepatide! You can read the entire report/warning letter issued to them by the FDA online simply by googling Revive RX FDA trouble.
If you want to lose weight and KNOW what your injecting is sanitary, safe and ACTUALLY HAS TIRZEPATIDE IN IT—-Go somewhere else.

Been on trt for years and they switched pharmacies to Revive last year. They ship a ten week supply that expires in 8 weeks. Received a 10 ml vial, date filled 12/4/25 with beyond use date 2/11/26. At least ship something with 6 months to go before discard date. Nothing like opening up a new and expired bottle of T, especially if you're a few weeks behind schedule.
I am extremely disappointed with the injectable L-carnitine I purchased from Revive Pharmacy through a Telehealth company. I would never order any product through them again. The injection caused SEVERE burning and muscle cramping during and after administration — so severe it impaired my mobility to the point of limping and prevented me from exercising that day, which defeats the entire purpose of taking the medication.
I did not notice nearly as much of the amazing energy or alertness benefits I previously experienced with a comparable product from another pharmacy (Citizens Meds/American Life), despite the dose even being much higher than that product, suggesting that the current formulation may be less tolerable or less effective. The small energy boost I did get came like 14 hours later right when I was ready to go to bed, which caused insomnia. That formulation also didn’t burn or cause such severe discomfort when injecting.
The Revive label indicates that hydrochloric acid may have been used for pH adjustment, which likely contributes to the discomfort from what I’m reading.
I noticed that the formulation I tolerated far better and was far more effective used levocarnitine rather than L-carnitine HCl, compounded with both NaOH and HCl for pH adjustment to isotonic (near-physiologic) pH and was prepared at a lower concentration. This likely greatly reduced discomfort and improved tolerability and effectiveness. Even the needles were larger than th other pharmacy, and I had to throw out, knowing they would be too painful. The packaging was very unimpressive for such a big name pharmacy. With Empower, everything comes beautifully presented in a box with their logo. Here, they just toss the stuff in a FedEx-bag.
The pharmacy never responded despite my reaching out about these issues through their info@reviverx customer support email, so the customer service experience was non-existent which is unacceptable especially for such a “big name” pharmacy, I would at least expect an acknowledgment.
I hope Revive Pharmacy will consider reviewing and improving this L-Carnitine formulation. I would be willing to update this review if Revive contacts me to offer a resolution or replacement for this batch prepared as described above, as it is so unacceptably painful to inject, I cannot use it and completely wasted my money. I would not suggest anyone use any injectable formulation through Revive. They clearly do not regard customer satisfaction, comfort, or quality. I will have to tell my Telehealth provider to switch to Empower for the next batch.
I'm a healthcare provider that utilizes ReviveRx for 90% of my prescriptions at a high volume wellness clinic. Their customer service, turn around time, product selection, pricing and general support is absolutely top notch in the industry and they always meet and exceed my expectations. Their online portal for ordering is by far my favorite - superior to LifeFile and other alternatives in my opinion. For any prospective clinics and providers looking for a compounding pharmacy, I would HIGHLY recommend these folks.
