I have had such strong positive results with my skin (i dont even need foundation and more and scars and marks have vanished). I have had a number of treatments that I didn't even know where available on the market that have been less invasive with amazing results. Before I came to Revitalyze the fatigue would have had me bedridden for a few days. Since having B12 booster shot with Fatima the fatigue doesn't get me like it did before. It is so much more manageable. I am happier and sleeping so much better too.

This appears to be a scam. Takes your details and a £10 deposit, then only communicates through text. Text 30mins after the appointment time to say they can’t make it and to reschedule or refund, but then wants you to text over your bank details for a refund. Doesn’t seem a legitimate way of operating a business.

I think it is a scam. I paid £50 deposit online and booked the appointment, but nobody was there when I arrived first or second time, not even a sign of the Revitalyze studio. Called numerous times, no answer. When I got back home, the owner actually called me back, saying she had forgotten about the appointment. We booked a next day appointment, and the same thing happened again. I think she is a very incompetent person, not trustworthy, or it's just a scam.
I would not recommend it to anyone.

Dr Fatima is extremely knowledgeable and an all round lovely person, who made me feel comfortable the second we met. Her ability to create a safe space is second to none. The intravita therapy itself is painless and an opportunity to slow down and find some calm, the benefits have been amazing and long lasting. I’ve been converted into a repeat customer!

I had booked a consultation, when I got there the doors were locked. I tried calling, sent a text and a message via Instagram saying I am waiting outside. Didn’t hear anything so I left. No one got in touch with me after either. It’s a shame I was looking forward to coming here.

Dr Fatima is one of a kind Physician. Her bedside manner is great and makes you feel at ease. Have received the B12 & Vitamin D shots. More energetic & less depressed after shots. So happy to have found her services here in Derby as I'm from the States
