Horrible customer service and worse product. My condo used their fans and I could say 50-60% of us owners fans are malfunctioning. We asked for a group diagnostic and rate, didn't bother coming or showing up at all. They are very hard to reach and having a person to speak to you is almost non existent. I'm ready to completely take it out and use a different manufacturer however pricey.
