Run far, far away. So much upselling and so little transparency. They take money by deception but claim full disclosure. Quick to take you money but good luck trying to get a refund. Not endorsed by the better business bureau but I found out that little nugget a lot too late. Run far, far away !

Scam I hadn't even downloaded or accessed the app before they charged me for an ebook, something I didn't even know they have nor that I wanted. I only signed up for a 1 week pilates trial and bam, I was also charged 3x as much for something completely different that I didn't even know about. When I asked for a refund, literally less than 12 hours later, I was told they have a no refund policy once the app is accessed. And when I explained I hadn't accessed it, they said instead of a refund, they'd give me 3 mos free of their ebook. It went round and round that way. I'm sure the workouts help some people but I have cancelled my 1 week trial and have reported them. Doing business in this manner is a scam.

Unseriös! Abzocke! Finger weg! Abzocke!!! Lasst die Finger weg. Keine Einsicht in die App vor Aboabschluss. App einfach nur lächerlich, jedes Buch, jeder YouTube Kanal oder andere Apps tun sogar mehr, für weniger oder gar kostenlos. Keine Erstattungen, obwohl man zeitlich nicht die Zeit hatte, die App zu nutzen. Alles Computer gesteuert, kein richtiger Kundenservice, den dein Anliegen interessiert. Könnte ich Minus 100 Punkte geben, würde ich es tun!!! Einfach nur noch ekelhaft!

Nie wieder Ich kann mich den Bewertungen nur anschließen. Finger weg! Ich habe vor Ablauf der Frist gekündigt und nach einem halben Jahr wurde wieder abgebucht. Es sind Bots, die antworten, mit neuen Angeboten locken und dann auf die AGB verweisen - absolut unprofessionell!! Schade, dass man keine Minus-Sterne vergeben kann.

Highway Robbery is what this app is! Same issue as everyone else, downloaded the app, did not use it and tried to get my money back considering they have a 30 day cancellation policy anytime but they gave me the run around. The customer service is a slow bot that takes forever to respond would not agree to return my money and kept on giving me other offers, i had to escalate the issue further and received a threat from them that i might never get a refund because it took it that far. I am still waiting for a refund.

Kostenfalle Man kann nur warnen, wenn es nicht zu spät ist. Durch versteckte Kosten gelangt man in eine Abo-Falle. Was mich am meisten ärgert. Die Personaliesierung sei schon der Kaufabschluss, dann kommt der Preis 68,- einmalig zur Eröffnung der App und dann reglm. 20,- /Monat wurde vor dem installieren nicht erwähnt. Pay Pal wird vorgespannt als Streitschlichter, dieser erkennen die Falle nicht, damit sollte ich im Prinzip ruhe geben. Lehrgeld ganz teuer, das wars mehr nicht. Jetzt wird mir schon wieder angeboten es zu nutzen. Unglaubich die Resistenz. Finger weg, wenn nicht schon zu spät!!!

Scam at the highest level Don’t even open this app. I looked at this app last Sept, filled out questionnaires and got charged. Could not open app. Tried to remove my self and delete and get refund. They refused. Today I got another charge of $150. I checked my phone for reoccurring subscriptions and it was not there. Again no notice renewal of charges. I had to spend 2 hours fighting for it back. Screen shot all your messages! They honestly wanted me to prove I sent a cancelation notice. I told them to show me I didn’t.

Kostenfalle...kein Hinweis auf Rückgabeverzicht Betrüger...halten sich nicht an das 14tägige Rückgaberecht. Programm ist nichts Besonderes, jedes Abnehmbuch ist besser! Kostenfalle!
