Just arrived into the GC from Auckland and read all the great reviews so thought they can’t all be wrong. Ironically I’ve had 6 sessions in NZ and Michelle made more progress than my 7 session’s combined and no exaggeration. Super nice clinic and Michelle is full of personality. Easy to deal with and definitely recommend 🙏

BEWARE: harsh, zero compassion, consistently talks over you, happy to change appointments at the last moment, even on the day of appointment to suit themselves but if you have an emergency or medical issue bad luck to you. Many other places close by to try. No great loss to anyone but themselves.

I never received laser from Rethink. I just enquired travelling down from Darwin for tattoo removal as I couldn’t find a decent operator here. They researched in Darwin and found a decent one and even called them up to enquire on my behalf. Saved me a lot of time and doing themselves out of potential business. Very honest and helpful business. I will still likely go to Rethink to get the colour zapped. Thank you
