Simon and Ben have always been very friendly and there has been a bit of money issues and confusion but it was always met with a lot of effort to make things right and work with me to find a workable solution. I'm really appreciative of this.
It's a bit out of town in the very trafficy area which is a pain for access during the day but the place is well lit with a good temperature. There's no toilet which is pretty inconvenient. You have to go to Starbucks nearby.
In my view, the staff are doing a grand job for the larger company, who, from what I could gather, don't make it super easy.
I recently had the pleasure of using Storage Giants in Brislington, Bristol for my moving and storage needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional, making the often stressful process of moving and storing belongings remarkably smooth and worry-free.
Customer Service: The customer service at Storage Giant Bristol is top-notch. From my initial inquiry to the final retrieval of my items, the staff Daniel Beames was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to understand my specific needs and provided tailored recommendations, ensuring I had the right storage unit size and additional services. His communication was clear, prompt, and courteous, making me feel valued as a customer.
Facility: The storage facility itself is impressive. It is clean, well-lit, and secure, giving me confidence that my belongings were in good hands.
Convenience: It offers excellent convenience in terms of location and access. The facility is easily accessible from major roads. Additionally, the availability of moving supplies and equipment on-site, such as boxes, packing materials, and trollies, made the process even more hassle-free.
Overall Experience: In summary, Storage Giant exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent customer service and convenient access made my storage experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Storage Giant to anyone in need of reliable, secure, and customer-focused storage services. They have earned my trust and future business for all my storage needs.

What a great, pain free experience! Ben and Simon made the whole experience completely seamless. Only needed it for two weeks and after I got the deposit back it only cost £80. Would thoroughly recommend.

Navigating a large long distance house move was a feat in itself and over email Simon was super to deal with and responsive at the booking stage. I then arrived at Storage Giant Bristol and Dan was there to greet me. From the get go, he had an in depth knowledge of the site and honestly the best customer service skills I have encountered in years. He was highly professional, calm and there in the background when our removal people were being difficult. I couldn’t have asked for any more. He is a huge asset to the Storage Giant brand and deserves all the credit.
