Doesn't break a fast w/intermittent fasting (IF) I highly recommend this drink. I'm doing intermittent fasting (IF). I had to switch to black coffee in the mornings so I was looking for a mushroom drink that would work w IF. This is the ONLY mushroom drink that doesn't break my fast in the morning!Bonuses - It's all natural! Sweetener is monk fruit extract. Also contains cacao and cinnamon. It tastes GREAT! It mixes with easily w my coffee.I read another review where someone tried the Chaga-ccino on it's own. I'm going to try that next.Again, I highly recommend this drink.

Delicious! Chagacinno is so good and so easy to make. My husband mixes it with milk and two shots of espresso per the directions. I mix it with two shots of espresso blended with butter and pour over coffee. We love that it has a very subtle sweetness and is made from ‘good for you’ ingredients.
