Misleading cost estimates The booking process was misleading. I provided all necessary details, including information regarding stairs and furniture, but the final cost ended up being double the phone estimate without any prior warning. As a senior on a fixed income, this unexpected expense during my move was incredibly stressful and disappointing—especially since this was for a donation. While the pickup team was friendly and professional, this lack of transparency made for a very upsetting experience.

We used ReSupply to deliver items to Habitat for Humanity when cleaning out a house prior to selling. Communication was excellent and their moving men were courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!

DO NOT DONTATE TO THEM HORRIBLE!!!! Waited ALL day, called and called and called and FINALLY was told they could not locate the Goodwill Pickup people who confirmed this donation. THEN said we can cancell this pickup!! They CHARGED a deposit....should we as customer send them invoices and charge for this type of service too????? Then NO ONE could tell me when, where ort anything. We are donating almost a full NEW house of items and this is how you treat us???? NO COMUNICATION!!!! The SPACE is needed for new items arriving, and the "There is nothing I can do" answer you think ios satisfactory.

Our experience was great! Drivers were on time, polite. Receipt was immediately generated, along with a form listing the different size items we donated, with blanks for us to fill out for our tax ************ others on this list, the final price was higher than the original quote, but not by too much, and there were a few more items that we added on. We are able to deduct our donations on taxes, so it was not a big deal to us that the amount increased.

Poor communication and failure to meet expectations I was rescheduled once due to bad weather, it was windy and rainy, I totally understand that. The day I agreed to reschedule to comes and zero contact about pick up window two hours into the range scheduled, 8 am to noon. I reach out and am told pick up will be 8 to 10 am, it was already after 10. The weather is clear! 15 minutes before the end of my pick window I reach out again, because still no notice of them coming. I get a call asking to reschedule another week out due to weather... and there is no weather issue.

I am filing a complaint against Resupply. We chose this company because it is advertised as veteran-founded, which mattered to us since my husband is a Vietnam veteran. Unfortunately, the service was unprofessional and misleading.Issues:Initial scheduling was done by phone, but afterward all communication was shifted to text only, making it difficult to get clear answers. We were given a pickup window of 8 a.m.12 p.m., but the team arrived after 1 p.m. with no notice or explanation.I specifically stated during scheduling that one of the items was a sofa bed and was told it was acceptable. Upon arrival, the workers said they do not take sofa beds. They ultimately agreed to take it only if we paid an additional $100, a charge that was never disclosed in advance and felt pressured. This experience was extremely frustrating and raises concerns about the companys transparency and business practices, including whether items are actually donated to the charities they mention.Requested Resolution:I am requesting a refund of half of the $370 I paid for this service, given the misinformation, late arrival, and undisclosed additional charge.I am requesting a refund of half of the $370 I paid due to the late arrival, misinformation about accepted items, and the undisclosed additional $100 charge.

This Company doesnt deserve even a single star, as they are a Fraud Company. The resupply donation representative quoted $200 to pick up 12 boxes of items to my wife. When the driver arrived, he did not inform us how much would be the charges, until after he loaded the boxes in his SUV. At this time, he told us that they were 50 individual things and the total charges would be at least $500. We were not donating items to fit more than 12 boxes. At this time, driver was told that his company was Conning people, and he became aggressive and started recording our conversation. His presence was threatening to both my wife, and I and he was asked to leave the premises. Drivers name was Cabby *****. He is not even employed by Resupply and seems to have his own Company Payneless Junk removal. It seems like Resupply in collaboration with Companies like Payneless junk removal are trying to Conn people who are trying to donate items with good intent, to help others in need.

This company gives you a quote based on all the information they ask for including pictures, then when the driver gets here he more than doubles the quote. I canceled my pickup but want to warn you that unless you are desperate to get rid of something, stay away from this place as it is a scam.

BUYER BEWARE! On 11/21 the team left us waiting all day for a pickup and they never arrived. We had to continually text to get any kind of update and ultimately had to reschedule for 11/24. Wasted a whole day and then another half day. The bill was over 150.00 more than the estimate and they are not responding as to why no one communicated any status on 11.21 and no why we are being overcharged. I would not trust them and not recommend them.

If I wanted to be ghosted, I'd make a Tinder account. The driver was a no show. We spent the entire 4 hour pick up window waiting to hear from our "assigned driver" and heard nothing. When I reached out to the support number in the email (which specified support would be available from 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays), I received no response. In addition, I was only able to receive "support" through text and never had the option of speaking with a person. This company wasted my time and energy. Customer service was just as non existent as the alleged driver.

Communication is pretty poor, along with timeliness of arrival. Was given an arrival window of 12pm-4pm, then it changed to 10am-12-pm. They arrived around 3pm. Also, I was not aware they charge per piece. I had a 2 piece sectional sofa, and they told me I would be charged $200. When I received my quote online, it was $135. I can appreciate their intentions (donating items), but clearer transparency and communication would have been better. Also, given they are donating items, their prices should be much more reasonable.

I just moved, and it was a horrible experience, so this was just what I needed. There were a few large (heavy!) furniture pieces we weren’t bringing with us, and my wife called here. It could not have gone better. They were fast, professional, and great guys. Cannot recommend highly enough. Service was in Lancaster, Pa.

DO NOT USE RESUPPLY!! This is my second time using the Resupply App thinking that I am doing good for the world but in fact it’s just a scam. The first time I donated so much including multiple big furniture items and paid about $250 which was close to my quote online. This time I donated a fraction of that and no furniture and paid $400!! And you don’t find out what the inflated cost will be until they arrive with no breakdown as to why the cost has increased. I mean if they are going to charge whatever they want why allow you to select what items you have online first to get a cost estimate. If your pick up team is Proffett Express LLC from Cleveland Ohio cancel your pick up right then and there because you will be paying a lot more than what was quoted. Less than 10 minutes of work and it cost $400. I will never use resupply again and next time I’ll be better off just renting a dumpster. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope a Resupply customer service representative contacts me and offers to give me some money back. They should take full responsibility for the people they hire to do their work.

Not as advertised, beware! I scheduled several days ahead and was given appointment. Day before received confirmation. Day of, No Show! Turns out they were trying to schedule in ***************** from *************. They never contracted with a hauler and didn't tell me, they just didn't show up. When I called panicked, because I was moving out of state, they cancelled on me. Left me in a lurch. This is as bad as ******* List. *****!

Service is only as good as their partners... The big thing here is that ReSupply itself DOES NOT pick up your donations. They contract that out to local companies to pick up the goods and deliver them to the designated organizations. While they have a process for vetting their partners, sometimes a bad one gets through. Unfortunately, that was our experience. [I won't disclose that company's name or location, as I have a pending insurance matter open with them.] One of the items was a very large armoire. The junker (not really a hauler) sent two men. When they were bringing it down our stairs, one man lost his grip on the piece and it crashed into the step, gouging the stair tread. They subsequently moved the piece into the living room while they caught their breath. In doing so, they scratched the hardwood floor with an 18" scratch. I showed them the damage and contacted the company immediately. They apologized and assured me that they would reimburse us quickly for the damage. This was further complicated by the fact we were moving out 4 days later and had to disclose this to the new owners prior to their walkthrough. It took a lot of persistence and overcoming slow text messaging follow-up from ReSupply with their customer support team before a real live person stepped in to resolve this. The company turned uncooperative and refused to reimburse us. Fortunately, ReSupply gave me the other company's insurance information so I could open a claim. Once that happened, the hauler promised their insurance company they would pay me directly within two weeks. I sent a reminder last week and received a reply saying they would pay "at least half" by the date with the balance to follow. I insisted on full payment. Two days after the payment was due, the company still hasn't paid. ReSupply and I agreed for them to refund half the carting fee back to me. They handled that promptly. They also indicated they were re-examining their relationship with the company, as this was not how they want their partners to do business when they cause damage at a donor's property. I did my own due diligence on the carting company, and while their reviews were good, I saw they were more "junkers" than "haulers." I expressed that concern to ReSupply, and was assured by their customer service team that everything would be handled well and that the furniture would be moved with care. Clearly, that turned out NOT to be the case. So, make sure you do your due diligence when using ReSupply, especially when it comes to the company picking up your donation.

If I could give them Zero stars I would. This company is a complete scam. I scheduled a donation/pick up for a sofa and was quoted $158 and left a description that it was a small sectional. Unfortunately, I had stepped away when they arrived, so my husband dealt with them. They have continued to increase my charge today, bringing it to $498. Who would pay $498 to donate a sofa. This is insane. They said it was 3 pieces, so 3 charges. Ironically, I tested making a new reservation indicating XLarge (that does include sectional in the description), I was quoted $146- less than my quote for a large pick up. I was charged for 2 flights of stairs- even though there is an elevator to the main floor of our building. I was charged for disassembly- there was nothing to disassemble as we had already take the sectional apart- which requires no tools, just hold a release as you pull them apart. The absolute worst is they charged us $140 for recycling indicating that the ************** denied acceptance. This is a 6 year old ************ sectional. It was a little faded, but structurally in great shape, no tears in the fabric, or damage whatsoever. I have cleaned out two grandparent's homes over the years and have found that SA takes ANYTING. I refuse to accept they denied this sofa. My final gripe is that it is impossible to speak to anyone at ReSupply. Every phone number I can find hangs up after a blunt recording that "this is a text only line". Well then perhaps your website and emails should not direct inquiries to this phone number. Avoid at all costs- total crooks and horrific service.

Too many junk fees added on. Just nickled and dimed for this and that. So unethical.
