They responded to my call right away and brought in their crew. they did a fantastic job to extract the water and removing my furniture. The crew is very professional and knowledgable. their price is fairly reasonable because i shopped around before i hired them. highly recommended

I discovered mold under my bathroom sink. Initially i wanted to clean with clorox, but common sense kicked in that it may spread in the air. I searched for mold remediation company online and found this company. they are fast and professional. They used containment to seal the damaged area. Fair price compare to all the estimate i got.

I own a business and we had water damage in my warehouse due to the fire sprinkler malfunction. The water got to everywhere and it reached as tall as my ankle. I got their number as a referral. Usually I don't work with friend's business or a friend of a friend business to avoid unnecessary trouble, mainly in case you don't like the service and it is just hard to complain. But given that we need the service right away, and the friend who referred them was reliable, I decided to call them. The end result is that they didn't not disappoint me. They came with a professional team with all the machines needed to extract the water. The whole process didn't take long either!

I had a water damage in the kitchen due to a broken pipe under the kitchen sink. My whole kitchen and part of the living room got flooded. I found Restoration General online and they sent out a crew right away. The supervisor of the crew, David, walked through the damaged area, and suggested to extract the water right away before the water cause additional problem. He was very personable and knows his stuff really well. Even though the water damage disrupted my family's daily routine, I highly recommend this company for their professionalism.

I just bought a brand new home, and found there is some mold underneath the kitchen cabinet. Found Restoration General online, and called them for mold remediation. The technician came next day. He was very knowledgeable and polite, he explained to me what he would do to remove the mold. I am so glad that I called this company.

Thank you Restoration General for saving my home!!!! My house got flooded while me and my mom went out for movie. I found them online and they showed up in my house pretty quickly. Their technician went through all the details of the necessary steps that need to be done to extract the water, and they were super professional!!
