This business is not professional. I had an appointment today and when I showed up, they told me it was canceled due to training. They claimed that they called and texted me which is a lie. I even got a reminder for today’s appointment. No apology.

I’ve had a great experience with Reston Dermatology. I’ve done a couple of annual skin screenings and just had a minor in-office procedure, and everything was incredibly easy and efficient. Great staff, would recommend.

I cannot recommend Reston Dermatology for cosmetic treatments.
I initially tried Botox with them, and it was administered incorrectly, resulting in my eyebrows dropping dramatically. I spent the next four months looking like Bert from Sesame Street while waiting for it to wear off. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that something had gone wrong, and no effort to make things right.
Unfortunately, my experience with fillers was equally disappointing. I purchased a package of three syringes. During my appointment, the aesthetician specifically told me that my lips did not need treatment yet and that we would only use two syringes, one in each cheek. Months later, when I called to schedule my lip appointment, I was shocked to learn that all three syringes had been used during that original visit without my knowledge or consent.
Poor technique is one thing. Poor communication and a lack of transparency are another. When you are trusting a provider with your face and paying significant amounts of money for elective cosmetic procedures, both skill and clear communication are non-negotiable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering cosmetic enhancements at Reston Dermatology to look elsewhere.

This office jump on a weight loss ban wagon just to lie to patients and make money$$$ by lying. My physician Irina lied to me that the doctors cannot prescribe the GLP medication unless I have a diabetes. Made me invest over $3,500 for a 6 months period and provided me with prefilled syringes of pink liquid with no FDA approved pharmacy vial. Later I found out that they deal with the compound medication and not the FDA approved medication. Which I could have gotten online by 5 times less price and even get the pharmacy vial. Needless to say that the “pink liquid” did not work and I am fighting now to get me money back! Don’t repeat my mistake. Doctors do prescribe the GLP even if you do not have diabetes. Shame on you Irina and whoever the office manager is!! I will continue my posts so stay tuned!

I showed up to my appointment about 3 minutes early, and they told me it was cancelled due to human error. Keep in mind, I had just gotten a reminder email for the appointment on the drive over about 5 minutes beforehand. So, somehow during those 5 minutes, someone at the front desk canceled my appointment. I assume they were lying about “human error” and had another reason, but I guess that can’t be proven. They did get me in 20-30 minutes after my appointment time, but the lying made me really uncomfortable. It was the male front desk guy with the mustache during 2025.

Arnela’s prompt attention to immediate evaluation and treatment for two urgent skin issues: a sudden rash after yard work and a suspicious mole helped prevent worsening symptoms and enabled a faster diagnosis. Arnela was also able to do an overdue 3-year head-to-toe skin check and a biopsy all in the same visit! The overwhelmingly relief of my immediate concerns made a significant difference in my peace of mind, and I truly appreciate her, Sam, and the office staff for their exceptional care and attention to me without a long wait or an unnecessary trip to the emergency room.

Dr. Leah Waller and all of the staff are amazing! Dr. Leah listened to all my concerns and history then provided options and details about the options. Very negative and naive young man who obviously chat-GPT'ed his response to my inquiry about ongoing care with a product he was unfamiliar with. Insinuated that I would "have trouble finding a provider" given my unique situation however I was quick to find a clinic who is happy to take me. Interesting how fast he was to shoot down a potential client before consulting any doctor at this practice.
