Austin (AJ) was an absolute gem! He was attentive, funny, and an exceptional server
Overall. As a veteran in the service industry (10 years bartender) I was beyond impressed with his level of service. Especially given he casually mentioned it was his 3rd day on the floor! You keep this man and value him Applebee's. This industry doesn't have people like AJ in abundance. So treasure him!

The service was horrible my food took forever and they brought me the ticket right away after they served my food then after that I had to finish my food with no drink because I was ignored when I tried to ask for a refill, the waitress was very rude and just looked at me at the eyes and kept walking as I tried to ask for my first refill Don't come here Texas Roadhouse is like a mile away.

My granddaughter and I came here for lunch,politely asked our Waitress if I could pay in cash, because the last time I came here ,again, couldn’t find waitress ,but the male manager came around so I told him I was paying with cash and he immediately acted annoyed.Today the food was good but wanted to take the rest with us. Although not busy , there may have been a total of 6 tables occupied,waitress was all over the place.I kept waiting for her to come by but got tired of waiting. I ended up leaving without the food I paid for and didn’t leave a good tip like I usually do. I will not be returning this Applebees.I hope you all get your staff and service taking care of. Kathy

My partner and I went to the Applebee’s To Go area, but no one was there to assist us. We had to flag someone down, and a young lady kindly went to get the cashier who handles To Go orders, Rachael. When Rachael came out, she helped the person who arrived after us first, which wasn’t a big issue but then walked away without acknowledging us.
When I tried to politely place our order, even starting with “How are you this evening,” she cut me off, shooed me, and very rudely said, “Well, you have to wait, I have someone on the phone.” We stayed calm and decided to ask for a manager so we could order through someone else. While the manager was busy, we chose to leave and head to another Applebee’s. As we were walking out, Rachael suddenly said she would take our order, and before we could even respond, she followed it up with, “OR NOT!” in a rude, dismissive tone.
I truly enjoy Applebee’s and live just minutes away, but this experience was extremely disappointing. Rachael’s attitude and lack of professionalism left such a negative impression that I won’t be returning to this location.
