The GM, Jimmy, stopped by and checked on us and our dinner. Him and his staff were so attentive, polite, provided great service and great food. I haven’t been to Applebees in probably over a year and we will definitely be back!

I was unfortunate enough to be served here today. Because there was a toenail in my biggest beef steak. And my friend lint got the fiesta lime chicken and it tasted like armpits😡💔 I tried calling asking to speak to a manger and I was hung up on . The least I could get is a free bag of chips. I wish I had a free bag of chips really bad. 🦐

Typical chain restaurant atmosphere. We went to an early dinner so it wasn't crowded or loud. I had the top sirloin, broccoli and cole slaw. The slaw was light and crunchy. Usually, I don't like the slaw at most places because it is typically soggy with too much dressing. This was very well prepared. The broccoli was done well, slightly crunchy with a tad too much salt. It was very good and not left in the pot too long. The sirloin tasted good. However it was too fatty and had a piece of gristle so I wasn't overly happy. However, it tastes fine and I didn't have to smother it with sauce. So, it was better than most meals I eat with a little room for improvement in the food selection process. I suppose it is corporate cutting back on food quality to increase shareholder value, but that may simply be me overstating it.

Waited an hour for food. My steak was not right so they took it back. Still wasn't great. No flavor.

We had a great time Victoria was really the highlight of the night, we went out for our grandma’s birthday and she gave us amazing service, checked all the boxes great attitude timely with getting the orders taken and did a great job making sure all 9 of us got everything we ordered.

I decided to give this location a 2nd chance. They must’ve got new management because we were all very pleased with our dinners. Manager came around and was checking on tables. Food was hot, correct and delicious. Our waitress Emma was fantastic! She filled our drinks, removed dirty dishes and checked on us several times. Whatever they are doing at this location, Greenwood Mall, I hope they continue to do. We will be back!
