Dawt was our waitress today and Rachel was the manager. The atmosphere was great, very quiet and enjoyable. I have been to other Applebees in the recent past and the cleanliness is nothing like this restaurant. Very clean here! The parking lot is nice and clean too!

I came in expecting good service, but unfortunately I was disappointed. I waited for quite a while and no one came to ask where I wanted to sit or take my order, even though the staff could see me waiting. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but completely ignoring a customer is not good service. I hope management can improve the customer service.
