We’ve been ordering from this Applebees once a week for quite a while. Over the past 3 orders things have gone down hill. Everything from forgetting ranch for wings and salads. Actually not including sauces at all. The food quality within the past month has began to suck as well. Not to mention missing food items as well. There’s a young guy running pickup orders who has no clue what he’s doing. The fact that they let him continue to screw things up despite being told he’s terrible, has made us decide to go elsewhere. It’s a shame, because we used to look forward to carrying out from here. But after 3 mistaken orders in a row, we’d be stupid to come back. And a restaurant that cares that little when people are spending $60+ of their hard earned money is a trash establishment. And definitely don’t order the lemon chicken. It was absolutely disgusting! Lastly, we waited 30 minute for our carry out order despite showing up a little after the pickup time. We had to ultimately call inside the restaurant because no wanted to assist us.
