You NEED to do what it takes to keep Mars. She is the ONLY reason we come to this location. We can go to any Applebees. We don’t come for the food or drinks - we come to see her and love her!!!!! So much that we checked on her when her husbands step mom passed away!

Our server (Mia) was so incredibly sweet and generous with our dinner. My husband and I have been going to Applebee's for years, and tonight was our first night trying the one at the mall. Will definitely make this our regular Applebee's.

Lance is the best server hands down! Hot food, good atmosphere, quick service, quality, value, all the goodies. I prefer this location vs the one closer to my house. I <3 applebees!

This is for Doordash drivers and customers.
Every single time I go in this place to pick up an order there is no one up front and staff will walk right by you without acknowledging you. Tonight was the last time I'll go into this dump. No wonder Applebee's is closing stores right and left.
Went in tonight to pick up an order...I knew better but it was a good offer.... I arrived and stood up front for several minutes - (with regular customers who also were ignored) and nobody came to help. Finally after 3-4 minutes I went over to stand by the kitchen and was passed by numerous employees who still completely ignored me. Finally one lady said she'd be back to help in "just a sec" and I didn't see her again.
I worked in a restaurant for about a decade and it doesn't get much more basic service industry wise than greeting a customer. Why would you just ignore a customer? I mean I know I'm just the DD driver but I'm there to pick up a customer's food.
It just baffles me how post covid all these places just completely quit caring about customer service. It's horrible.
If you don't want to take DD orders don't take them! Quit wasting driver's and customer's time! For all I know my order could have been ready but nobody would even acknowledge I was there!
Finally a waitress who had passed me 3-4 times already asked me and the another driver what the names we were waiting on were, he jumped in front of me and told her and before I could say my customer's name she turned around and went to check on his order lol.
Like..... Am I a ghost?
So TLDR it's an Applebee's.
They're slow and don't care.
Which again is why they're closing stores all over and their stock is catering. Can't day it's undeserved based on the Greenwood Mall location.

Shane was my waiter he was awesome! He was very attentive and gave good suggestions on what items are popular. He was so nice and kind! Oscar is the manager he even came out and checked on us he was kind and helpful as well! Definitely come here and ask for Shane!!!🙂 loved the food and the service

Such a great place for lunch! I had the Bayou shrimp bowl. It was delicious!

My boyfriend and I came to eat dinner at the Applebees in Greenwood in which he ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I got the chicken Caesar salad however due to dietary restrictions, I ordered the salad with a couple of extra accommodations. The server was extremely understanding and even mentioned that their son also had dietary restrictions due to gastric issues (such as mine) so she ensured that my plate was served to my ordered. Both my boyfriend and I received our food and it was extremely tasty. My food was exactly how I expected it and I appreciated the extra effort that was made to fulfill that. Shout out to the server (I forgot her name but they had a bandana on and black glasses) as well as the training server that had tattoos on her neck. The service was lovely.

Food is awful, wings are disgusting salad was nasty. What happened to Applebees? Food used to be good years ago now it’s like the food tastes so cheap and nasty. Yuck
