Glen and his team re-roofed my co-joined rental properties recently. Glen was helpful and obliging and the cost was cheaper than others. Glen's team completed the roof very satisfactorily in a short timeframe and I would absolutely recommend this company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with re-roofing for a replacement of my whole roof, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team displayed exceptional professionalism and craftsmanship. The new roof looks fantastic, and I can already tell it will withstand the test of time (and some strong recent winds and rain definitely put it to the test right away). After asking for a breakdown of roofing costs for labour and materials, as well as copy of the subcontractor quote for removal of asbestos decramastic tiles (refused), it was advised that the company does not provide itemised labour, material or dumping costs, and that the only roofers in Christchurch that do are inexperienced workers working for someone else. We decided to look elsewhere as it is important for us to have transparency across our building project in terms of costs (which were provided on other quotes). Timing in response to queries was good though.

The breakdown you asked for included wanting hourly rates. All our roofers are paid per contract. My scaffolding and Asbestos contractors also charge me per contract, its none of my business what they pay their staff,nor do I ask my asbestos contractor to show me their dumping costs. The comment I made about inexperienced roofers was about them being the only ones on wages. All roofers that are currently working for us have 20 plus years experience.

Replaced corrugated iron roof on 70 yr old roof. The roof was most likely original. The replacement was completed in three days. The team were efficient and extremely considerate. They checked with me over any issues that popped up during the project. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and the process.

Had such a great experience with these guys. Glen was super responsive and always turned up when he said he would. The scaffolders were super sweet with my dog and cautious to not let him get out. The roofers were also lovely and got it all done in a single day. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how it was going which I really appreciated. My new roof looks incredible!
