I have loved working with RepStack and my executive assistant, Maryam. The interview process was amazing and I was impressed with the quality of applicants. **Review of RepStack's Hiring Procedure**
I was contacted by RepStack 23 June 2024 regarding a job opportunity. During the initial call, the interviewer appreciated my experience and suggested that I might be a better fit for the Account Executive position. The next day, I had a follow-up interview with Ghumaisa, who confirmed that I would be a good fit and scheduled another interview with the Senior HR Manager or someone from the Account Executive Department.
Unfortunately, my experience from that point on was quite disappointing. My interview was scheduled three times, but on two occasions, the interviewer did not show up. Once, I waited for 50 minutes only to be told that they couldn't proceed because I didn't have a laptop, even though I had mentioned this at the beginning of the call and explained that I was traveling. The first scheduled interview was missed as I was 2-3 minutes late, and the interviewer did not wait for me.
When I finally did have an interview, the interviewer, who was an account manager of my age, asked me only 2-3 trivial questions before wrapping up. After a week of follow-up, they informed me that I was not a good fit, and I never heard anything further.
Overall, my experience with RepStack's hiring procedure was very unsatisfactory. The multiple interview reschedules and the lack of respect for candidates' time were frustrating. This process caused significant emotional distress and wasted valuable time that could have been spent pursuing other opportunities. I would strongly advise against their hiring procedure, as it appears disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates' time and efforts.
