I engaged with RepStack for outbound SDR, GHL migration and automations W.O.W. I wasn't prepared as much as I thought. Their support (Maira & Sheharyar) helped me document company history with data and media we already had, translate for public consumption (posts etc.), organize for future sales members, story telling through data management and more.

They were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me, not just my resume. The interviews felt more like conversations, which made the whole experience less stressful. Cons:The process can take a little time since there are a few stages to get through. But honestly, it’s worth it. It shows they really take the time to find the right people. Advice to Management:Keep up the great communication! Maybe send short updates or timelines so applicants know what to expect next, it helps ease the waiting time. Overall, awesome experience!

Working at Repstack was one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. I expected professionalism and basic empathy, but the Account manager and HR team were completely uncooperative. Despite reaching out countless times, my messages and concerns were ignored. I was left waiting for weeks without clear communication or support. It’s painful when a company you’ve given your time and effort to treats you like you don’t matter. Employees deserve respect, clarity, and compassion sadly, Repstack showed none of that.
