We had the good fortune of being introduced to RepStack and their compliment of very capable and knowledgeable virtual assistants. The VA who was matched up with our company based upon our specific needs has worked very well, and filled gaps we've had in manpower and software implementation. Professional and outcome focused! My favorite thing about RepStack, other than the level of training they put their VAs through before placing them, is the Account Success Managers they have for all clients. Habiba is my ASM, and she has been both consistent and flexible in tracking my needs, KPIs, and happiness with the VA's placed in my business. I've hired folks off of Fiver and UpWork in the past with some success, but for the same cost with RepStack I get the added bonuses of an ASM and know that the VA I'm getting is well supported.
