Repair booked online.. the repair scheduled for next day. They kept me fully informed of their schedule and turned up as promised and repaired my iPad in an hour and a half. I’m very satisfied

Crap company don’t trust them !!!
terrible company and rude staff. They replaced my iPhone screen and it didn’t work right since it had been replaced. I reported it twice and then my screen completely went black. They told me to do a warranty call which I did. They came out and a rude sales guy told me there was a crack on my screen there isn’t, if I can attach photos of it, I will then he told me I couldn’t get my refund of £30 back and I would have to pay another hundred pound for another new screen . I took my phone to another phone repair company and they said there is not a crack on the screen and it’s just bad screen placement .
I will be taking this further to a small claims court to get my money back .
Do you not use absolutely awful scammers?

A big thank you to Repair Not Replace. They had my old knackered battery out and replaced with a brand new one in well under an hour. The technician was very friendly, arrived in good time, he explained what he was going to do, now I'm up and running playing FM24 😂 and the best part is I didn't have to leave house they come to you. I would highly recommend them.

The screen, back and battery were replaced and athough not stated I think other parts were cleaned at the same time. It's like a brand new phone for a quarter of the price. Realy pleased with it, thank you.👍

Engineer arrived on time, he was very polite, was unable to fix my phone. I was made aware of this prior to booking appointment. I took a gamble, because I had information i needed.

Great service, they came to my house at appointment time, and fixed my Macbook pro screen in their van parked outside. My mac got ran over by a car so I'm surprised to how they fixed this in an hour!

This service was beyond my expectations. The thing I like most about this business is they come to you as their vans are their offices, which made me feel much more comfortable than putting my laptop in the post to be sent off for a few days. My screen was replaced in under an hour. Absolute top service. Definitely wont be beaten.

Had my iPhone 13 Pro fixed today and must say what a great experience Im very happy my iPhone looks just like new and very grateful for the advice they gave me before i had my phone fixed as I almost got my phone fixed the wrong way so happy I went with this company thank you ☺️
