I updated to one star after a the really late and flippant reply. If they wanted to talk to me, they could have called me back. This is about them saving their rating. What a terrible business. And that is what this is. a business.
I have to say I had a really mixed time with Renewed Stories. I am not sure why they don't take insurance, but that was on me for signing up. I LOVED Triana who was always kind, engaging and helpful. The issue I had was they kept changing my appointment days because of their needs. Fine. I try and be flexible. However, I came down with Covid and called to cancel and they still charged me. That really told me all I need to know about his office. This is about money, not care. You don't ask someone with Covid to come in or pay, especially if you are on their mental health team. I would NOT recommend this office. The three stars is for Triana which would be five if the office was better.
