To be honest, it's been a wonderful experience for me. I like openness in the management and good working culture here. Some extra I really like about the company: 1. Flexibility in work timing (8AM to 8PM), we can choose the timing to complete 9 hours 2. Every Monday is work-from-home 3. Added 5 paid holidays in every quarter Overall, an amazing workplace with work-life balance.

Its one of the best place to work. Things are hassle free and you can work peacefully without bothering about other organizational behaviours. I found their HR processes and policies, salary, organizational culture are employees oriented. You gets an opportunity to work with overseas firms are pretty good.
