Didn’t show up to the job!!! Confirmed the day before and his phone was off on the morning of move day after trying to call when they didn’t show up at the agreed upon time. Not happy and very unprofessional!! I’d give no stars if I could! Literally wasted half a day of our time!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend

I would not rate Mathew or his business at all , he broke the glass of my bedroom unit . It’s been 6 weeks and we are still waiting for payment to replace the glass . It one excuse after another then will hang up on us . He also damaged a brand new bunk bed and didn’t inform us !!!!! We found out when we were putting it together. We even fed mathew and his off sider on the day of our move !!! His attitude changed when he is responsible for the damage he has done If you want your property moved carefully DO NOT USE THIS PERSON OR HIS COMPANY Gary Tibbott. NO STAR RATING

Matthew and Jasper came to my rescue this week! I realised last minute that the job was too difficult and overwhelming for me so thankfully I called them first. These two lovely friendly young men moved my heavy furniture for me as I was having all my flooring in my house replaced. They professionally moved my furniture taking care not to damage my new floors and freshly painted walls. On two separate days they turned up promptly and were willing to help me with whatever needed moving. I would definitely recommend you give them a call

Matthew and his team (Brian, Ryan and Tina) were absolutely exceptional. On time, friendly, considerate and hard working, all on a very hot day! Matthew is clearly a great manager, giving clear instructions to his team to make sure that every single item is cared for as if it was their own. Nothing was too much trouble and they were carrying very heavy, awkward items with smiles on their faces and a great sense of humour. Thank you again to all. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if moving.

The MB removalists crew did an awesome job helping my partner and I combine our two households from Spearwood and Cooby into one in Samson. They were fast, efficient and very careful with our mid century furniture and careful not to damage the walls as they were taking things out of the old houses and into the new one. And they did it all in good spirits with a smile on their faces! The communication was very friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. The very reasonable pricing is an added bonus, they finished the job in less time than initially planned, and Matt invoiced accordingly, which is great! At the end of the day, my partner and I were reminiscing about how great the experience with MB removalists was over a beer in our new house, and how glad we were we engaged them. I would totally recommend these champs to friends and family and will be using their services again in the future. Thanks heaps guys! 👍
