Be careful who you do business with, specially referrals. Jean Paul Figallo will make a deal with you and agree to one thing, then when it closes he decides to change the terms and send less. He will also lie, say it closed a month later than it did and tell you he got a lower commission so he can send you less or this, case nothing at all. Buyer/seller/agents beware!

Had an appointment with Jean Paul to see a home. He never showed up but texted me to wait there. I waited for an hour and he still never showed up. I called multiple times and he did not answer the phone. I drove from Miami to pompano beach to see this house. I have never experienced such an unprofessional realtor in my life. Wasted 3 hours of my day. Please be careful when you make appointments with this company.

Minerva is the kind of Real Estate Agent your looking for. She listens to your needs and tries to fulfill those needs. If what your trying to do is unrealistic she will be honest and tell you the truth. Excellent and Professional!
