I can't say enough good things about David and his team. We recently had our roof replaced and they were extremely professional and the whole installation went on without a hitch. My lawn guy accidentally shattered my back sliding glass door while weed eating last Friday. Called David that same day and he had someone out quickly to measure and provide an estimate. The door was repaired swiftly the same week and was done with complete professionalism and excellent customer service. David followed through and kept me up to date along the way never leaving us in question or in suspense. I really appreciate the urgent prompt response and solid repair. What an amazing company. David came out for an estimate gave a great price without trying to upsell me into something I didn’t need and sent a technician to finish the job two days later. Since my repair was a small one they fixed several other issues for no additional charge!
I cannot say enough good things about David and Reliable Roofing & Restoration. David replaced the roof on our rental property in 2023, and did a fantastic job. He also gave us a bid to replace our current home's roof, but we decided to wait. In January, a raccoon tore shingles off our roof, creating a large hole. I called David, and he was at our house within hours to put a temporary covering in place. We decided it was time to replace the roof. We received two bids, and David had the best price. We already knew he would do an excellent job. The crew showed up on time, kept our property clean, and were polite and respectful. They even had a porta potty delivered for the crew's use. If you need a roof replacement or any of the other work Reliable Roofing & Restoration does, I highly recommend them. They are one of the best companies I've worked with.

Unlike other contractors who tried to push a sale, Mike took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answer all my questions, and provide a detailed estimate and allow me time to review/digest.
The work was completed on time (within one day in Jan 2025) and with great attention to detail, and they kept my property clean throughout the project. The crew was respectful, efficient, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. I appreciate their transparency, honesty, and quality craftsmanship. Mike remained onsite and sent pictures during and after the work was done.

Hurricane Beryl came through and blew down a massive tree and of course if fell on our roof. Reliable Roofing was highly recommended to us by a friend so of course we gave them a call. From the first phone to get the process going until the final shingle was laid down, David at Reliable Roofing was there to help us with any questions we had and he also made dealing with the insurance stuff a breeze! It takes away so much stress when you have someone helping you that knows the ins and outs of this whole "process" and trust me it can be a process but it is all worth it at the end. This was our third spot repair by Reliable Roofing. We did not notice that we had loose shingles (most likely from Hurricane Beryl) until a shingles slid down our roof. David and his team came out the very next day, inspected the damage, provided us with pictures and an estimate the same day. After we agreed to the price, we were able to schedule it and fix it the very next day.
The company has been consistently helpful and quick with their responses. The last two repairs involved parts of the roof leaking into the home and causing a lot of water damage, which they could also help repair (relaxing inside celings). One leak was from our builders placing nails in the wrong location and puncturing holes through which leaked over time and rotted the boards underneath. They take pictures every step of the way to show you before, during (where applicable) and at the end. When one of the leaks occurred and the water was POURING into my house, David took my call (while on holiday) and helped reassure me.
I felt very reassured by David's calls and text during every step of the process for each of the jobs he and his team performed. There is always a small worry about big repairs like these for things I'm not well versed in and worries about being duped on what repairs are needed vs being upcharged. I never had that feeling with this company, which is why they remain my go to for roof repairs and inspection.
