Reliable Pools is fantastic! We had a 3-year on-going disaster of a pool build and finally wised up and contacted Reliable Pools for help. They were extremely fast to respond and take action, order our supplies, complete our pool build, and had excellent communications and accessibility all throughout. We've continued using them for maintenance and it's been such a great experience. Their on-site water testing is such a nice bonus too!
If you're in the market for a pool, looking for someone to maintain your pool, or are just in the market for information, I can't recommend Reliable Pools highly enough!
Reliable Pools installed our pool almsot 3 years ago. They listened when we had questions. They weren't pushy or trying to upsale everything.
We've continued to use their open and closing services every year.

9/14 Used Reliable pools again to close our pool and again they did a fantastic job. Everything was done throughly and efficiently. They were very professional and did a great job. I will be using them again next spring to open our pool. I can’t say enough good things about the team of Stephan, Winston, Josh, and Jason who had to lift a very large and heavy pool cover back into place as part of winterizing our pool. Thank you gentlemen.
3 months ago. Used Reliable Pools, Inc today for the first time. I would highly recommend this pool company. Stephan and Winston did a service call regarding an issue with our pool cover and water conditions. Both men were knowledgeable and professional and very helpful with my questions regarding our new salt water pool. Went into the office to purchase some needed chemicals after service visit and spoke with owner and associate and they also were extremely pleasant and helpful. So happy to have found this pool company to help me take care of our pool. Thank you.

I had a problem with a leaking pump that I was unable to fix on my own due to a stuck impeller. I called Reliable Pools for help. Kristin was courteous and helpful. She set up a time for me to come in when a technician was available at the shop and assured me they would be able to help.
When I came in, Josh was not only quick with fixing the issue, but he also made sure I was comfortable with taking care of the next steps when I brought the pump back home. He then carried the pump out to vehicle for me. I appreciated his expertise, kindness, and professionalism.

This was our first time hiring someone to open our pool for the summer, so we didn't know what to expect. We could not be happier with Reliable Pools! Kristin was so helpful, from the first phone call. We got everything scheduled, they showed up when they were supposed to. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would not recommend this company for above ground pool maintenence. I asked for help opening my pool - they charged over $300. They were in and out as fast as they could go. 1 of the 3 tubes they attached leaked when I started the pool. They broke my ladder. They said they'd order a filter and install it but apparently forgot to order the filter once I followed up. They felt stressed and rushed eveytime, I wish they wouldn't have accepted my business.

I am so sorry you had a negative experience. We wish we knew about this 6 months ago at the time of service so we could get this resolved. I don't have any record of a broken ladder or filter in our system after the service call. Please get in contact with us and we would be happy to further discuss and come up with a solution on the ladder and filter.
Amazing service and responded to my call on a Sunday within 1 minute...not exaggerating, of my call into their office!!! I was in a panic and wish I called them Saturday night when my new hot tub, I bought from a competitor a year ago, started draining causing 100's of gallons of water to pool around the unit. I'm new to maintaining a hot tub and received little to no guidance when I purchased the unit. After receiving the call from the owners of Reliable Pools, he proceeded to give me instructions that I could do on my own until they could come Monday to repair the spa. This is all I wanted on a weekend, but the place I purchased it from is still yet to call me back. I called them last night.
It's now 10:25 and no word from them. I also reached out to them via messenger last night. Extremely disappointing since the unit was over $10,000. I'm so grateful for the professionalism, prompt response time and for the guidance I received to help prevent any further damage to my spa until they could get here Monday to service it. I so wish that I had purchase my spa from them, but they will be getting 100% of my business in the future no matter what! I'm also a realtor in town so they have now turned into my Preferred pool/spa contact for all my clients. As a realtor I always go above and beyond for my clients, so to find a pool store that "Wowed" me with their service, that's very difficult to do. My hats off to you Reliable Pool. I very much appreciate you guys more than anything!!
Reliable also helped me with my high phosphate level issue over the summer. They tested my water about 3 times. I purchased no chemicals from them, yet they continued to coach me through that fiasco with no compensation. So grateful to now have this relationship with them. You need a great pool/spa store you can count on, you call Reliable Pools in Bloomington. They are awesome and wont disappoint!!
Called Reliable Pool to come out and look at existing pool cover that was torn and in poor shape after we bought house. They were first business to actually come out and look at the situation after I had called 7 others. I had a quote within 24 hours and decided to go ahead with the cover replacement. I had quick and easy communication with the staff via text, calls, and emails depending on my availability that day. Very easy company to work with, great with communication, and always responsive to questions or concerns I had. The new cover looks great! I’m very happy with our experience and would recommend this company without hesitation.
