Using a transport company due to extreme neck pain and anxiety from a car accident. Their dispatch left me without a ride until I called them 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment that they were supposed to take me to. they issued me a Lyft driver to get home. The entire car is shaking from front end damage. My neck hurts, my anxiety is spiked. I’m having a panic attack currently. How is this acceptable?
I have been using this company for about 2 years now to transport my mom from her assisted living to her doctor appointments. The vans are always clean and seem well maintained. The drivers are very nice and are careful when they load up my mom in her wheel chair. Her appointments always seem to end late and I let them know by phone and they always make it happen for a pick up. I am very happy with their service.
The drivers I have had the pleasure of meeting have consistently provided exceptional service. They offer assistance, and ensure a safe and comfortable journey to my destination.

Fantastic, reliable company that goes the extra mile and beyond for customer satisfaction. They transported my mom, via wheelchair, to her doctor's appointment from Willowbrook Nursing Center. The driver was caring, skillful, and attentive. The driver actually had her laughing. It was as if the driver had known her all her life. The car was absolutely spotless, and the female driver was neat and clean and had apparently been working for the company for a few years. My mom said the driver was pointing out signs of spring and flowers, which distracted Mom from her not-so-pleasant doctor's appointment.

About a month ago I called 3 days in advance and on the day of the doctor's appointment. No call and no show. This first time i wasn't able to get to my doctor's. The second time I Called for transportation for a doctor's appointment on monday March 9th 2026. I called 3 days in advance. No show or call from the transport on the day of my appointment on Thursday March 12th 2026. I had to reschedule that appointment. This kind of thing never happened to me before. Thankfully I was able to find a ride for the rescheduled appointment. Hopefully whatever is going on gets fixed. As far as im concerned my medicad insurance provider doesn't have transportation.

Worst transportation company I have ever had, driver paid no attention to the speed limit and was asking if I would mind a ride share on my ride home, not to mention they left me at an appointment for hours after my appointment had ended. I do not recommend them at all they are far from reliable
In response to who ever wrote the response as the owner; thanks for violating HIPPA and last year your drivers left me after an appointment had ended for hours and I had to call your office to figure out where my ride was and they said he went home. I WILL NEVER USE THIS TRANS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! Let’s not forget I’ve never seen an inspection sticker on any of your vehicles, which makes sense since a few of the windshields were cracked in your vehicles
Hi Michael, I have looked into this situation and on 11-19-25 we transportorted you from your home to Ann Arbor and back. The driver did a wait and return. According to our records there was no wait time for this return trip. Prior to this trip we had not transported you since 2024. I do know at one point you traveled with us on a regular basis but that has been a while. Not sure why you would leave such a bad review when we are the only company around willing to travel so far to get you? All the best with your health journey.

They hire workers that drive aggressively and even in dangerous winter weather. Considering their company is to drive and transport, this is terrifying and a danger to all who share the roads with their emotionally immature employees. They do not have any regard of safety of others. Would never recommend a company like this

The driver tailgated me after I had the right of way to turn left and turned their brights on (mine were not on, they’re LED, which are very bright like most cars nowadays) when I had done nothing to initiate that kind of aggressive driving behavior and to add to it, they then got in the other lane that was not cleared, to intentionally splash large amounts of slush onto my windshield* continuing to make it difficult for me to see on my commute to take my one year old I had in the car to daycare. I do feel fulfilled leaving this review as one of your main priorities for your business is the safety of others you transport around. How can you be trusted to do this if your drivers have road rage and put others on the road, including children, in danger. Just because there is bad Michigan weather, does not warrant aggressive driving towards those trying to get to their destinations safely. A response such as this from an owner of a business shows immaturity, a lack of respect towards people and lack of gratitude to even be in business. Shame on you.

For the third time now , they did not pick me u odor my appointment. When reached out to they literally said “we received it but never put it in” and I booked my transport a month and a half in advance. Absolute worst service I’ve ever heard
Hi Andrew, I have looked into what happened with this transport. Unfortunately you are correct and we did miss an appointment that had been emailed to us. This was a mistake on our end and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For you to say we have missed you three times is just NOT true. We have no record of you or your case management requesting anything we missed. You are a new client that was just recently referred to us.
