I went in for a facial, which was advertised at a promotion price of $70. It was over in 20-25 minutes and later I got to know that it was apparently an ‘Express’ facial. I do not see any positive results, rather my skin feels extremely dry and irritated. I was not even warned that this would happen. The beautician also left a cut above my upper lip which burns. The room I was in didn’t even have the AC turned on and the beautician gave me a fan to hold. Felt she was only doing it for the sake of doing the facial. This is just a way to get people in the door to sell them different and more expensive services. Will not be returning to this clinic as they are misleading the customers.

The treatments here are very overprice for the service they provide. I believe their Botox and hair removal service are quite competitive or on par with other med clinics. All other treatments such as Morpheus 8, IPL, or RF micro needling are wayyy above industry average regardless of what they say about their machine. I did a few sessions here and moved to the other side of the city for similar treatments. Whatever they tell you, it’s just the good ole salesman tactics. Please do your research.

Microneedling experience with Crissy has been amazing. She’s very professional and sweet. My skin looked great after the first two sessions. Trust her and the clinic!

Horrendous customer service. My doctor told me they suspected a chemical burn to which I emailed the clinic only to be gaslit by them saying it was...already there?! When I called them to let them know I had sent them pictures after the session as soon as it happened the receptionist raised her voice and told me off. I've never in my life, as a paying client, been told off when all I did was inquire and try to clarify. I don't speak that way to people and I should never have been spoken to that way.

The clinic booked me for their promotional full body laser package on June 5th. When confirming the booking over the phone, I explicitly asked which areas would be included in the full body treatment, and they assured me it would cover head to toe. However, on June 15th, when I arrived for the treatment at 10 AM, I was informed that the promotional package only covered specific parts. I was absolutely pissed, as I had driven 40 minutes to get there and another 40 minutes to come back, wasting my entire Saturday morning due to their staff's gross misinformation. Despite repeatedly telling them that I had been assured over the phone that the treatment would cover all areas, they continued to explain pricing and time constraints, suggesting the promotion was merely a bait to attract new clients. They refused to honor the full body treatment that I had been confirmed for unless I paid more. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable. Consequently, I had to cancel the appointment standing right there. This was a clear case of misleading advertising and incompetence!!

I am very happy with my laser treatment with Crissy! The spa is very spacious and clean. While performing my treatment Crissy educated me on the proper techniques and specifications to look out for. She was very professional and kind, thank you!

I had an amazing experience with Crissy during my micro-needling appointment. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and took the time to educate me on their services and the best course of treatment for my skin. She has a personable approach and transparent communication about certain treatments were greatly appreciated.

Hands down, getting laser treatment here was the best decision ever! After just three sessions, I’m seeing some serious results. And let me tell you, I’ve been around the block with laser clinics. But what sets this place apart is my therapist, Michelle. She’s the best! Seriously, she’s passionate, total pro, and she just gets how to make you feel at ease. Overall, the vibe here is top-notch. Big shoutout to Michelle and the team for making it such a smooth ride. Thanks a bunch! :)

I really like the professional service.

I’ve had better facials. Did their $69 glowing facial as advertised on instagram and it wasnt what I expected. It lasts 30 mins and feels pretty basic, something you can do at home, with a sheet mask, not like a jelly mask as advertised. If you’re expecting a dark room, with blankets etc, its more like a med clinic. Feels like you’re in a dental clinic with bright lights. Not the same vibes as shown in the instagram post.

I went to get a facial done today and Victoria did a fantastic job. She’s so kind and did an amazing job making my skin glow. Thank you.

I did the 30 minute Venus Legacy Treatment on my abdomen....it was my first time trying this treatment so I did not know what to expect. expect to sweat A LOT. It uses the heat from radiofrequency to break down fat and stimulate collagen. It was completely painless as well even though Marina warned me I might have slight discomfort the following day. I am really happy I tried the treatment. I already feel lighter and tighter :)

Just went there and had an amazing experience. I have never done anything for my skin, and this was a very very good start. The staff is very experienced, kind, and make you feel welcomed. I will definitelly come back!!

I went in for the glowing facial advertised on instagram for $69.99 plus tax, the steps shown in that post were to cleanse, steam, add a white pack and then use the blade to remove it off your face, hot towel and then derma blade followed by face mask/led. What I got was just, derma blade on bare skin and mask/led. There is no information that the promo is an express facial. I was done in less than 20 mins. The Instagram post is false advertising.

Loved my session with Chrissy today! She was very social and knowledgeable!
