I just had THE BEST ice cream EVER. Guess where? Not here. Nope! At a Baskin Robbins in my real stomping grounds in the GTA, Toronto! YUP, that’s right, baby! They are the best ever! My childhood memories of Baskin Robbins makes the best ice cream ever. And I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT there. By far better than this place here. So sorry, BUT I have to be COMPLETELY HONEST!

Visit Monday September 1, 2025. Shattered parking lot with a business plaza. Mobility impaired accessible, drive through available. Working dairy on location. Children's playground, washrooms, indoor and outdoor seating. Small shop offering an number of food items including dairy and ice-cream. Great selection of awesome ice-cream flavors.

I visited a couple days ago and had a great experience. I have some severe allergies and there was a young lady with light brown hair, and a streak of orange? , she wore glasses and a black shirt, she was very helpful, she made sure that i knew which ice creams were safe and even washed the scoopers for me. Her service was top notch!

Update. Aug 22 2025. Still a great visit. Many changes since last visit with a more retail vibe and new adjacent stores. Great ice cream. This has been a regular destination of ours since I was a kid. It's about half-way between Toronto and Montreal or Ottawa so it's our perfect rest-stop to get amazing shakes, ice cream, cheese, etc. from a Canadian company directly at outstanding prices. Can't beat $1.50 for 3 scoops! Prices have tripled ;) If you have young kids, make sure to press the button under the cow to start the train.

Professional customer services in such a busy environment and everyone is so smiling and cheering the dairy products. The scoops are always generous portions and the chocolate chip is the perfect treat in a mid day. Very clean and healthy environment for all age groups.
