Worst dealings with a company I've experienced.
This company does not care about your home.
I've never seen a company in this category leave a home in worse condition than they arrived until this one. The product they put down to seal cracks either melted or peels off. They didn't complete the sealing as contracted. The back patio was left 1/4 unfinished with a drill mark. The patio wasn't sealed allowing dirt to seep though. They didn't bring their own material and just decided to use our fence posting. They left a dumpster in the driveway for a week and only showed back up to get it when we called. They threw water bottles all over the property and street. All in all, they could not have given two shits that this was someone's home. If I could do zero stars, that's how unpleasant this experience has been.
When asked to stop due to the yard being destroyed, they laughed at my partner and said "we're doing what we're told." Which may be true if the job was to do a shitty job and leave the residence looking worse than when they arrived. It's been over 4 months and nothing has been remedied. This is getting absurd. Considering a lawsuit (which I wouldn't consider at any other time.)
After an entire season (literally) they said it would be handled through their insurance company, but have yet to receive that information after two requests. This company is a sham.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They screwed me around for weeks on end getting scheduled with lies and conflicting stories left and right (All documented ) but I had not planned to write a review until they were actually finished, just to be fair about it. Well, the work started yesterday. So far the excavation team has hit the water main, The sewer line, and the gas line. We had to wait for the plumber to come out and he was great, and then we had to wait for the utilities company to come out, and they were also very quick. My point is, all of this is just another indication of how crappy their administrative work is because nobody bothered to call 811.
If you want to get out of a foundation experience with your sanity intact, don’t use these people. They truly do not care about your experience as a homeowner and a person investing in the future of your property.
I promise you, the hassle is not worth whatever the disappearing salesman/project supervisor promises you. I have not heard a word from him since the company got the deposit. The only contact information I have is for a woman at the company who just says yes ma’am, and then turns around and does exactly the opposite of what she said she was going to do.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. Regional came out, recommended V Drain, Geo Drain, sump pump, contract signed and down payment made late August. Team came out in Sept., and said job completed, so paid in full. Next day went out to ck work, found that V drain work not done even close to correctly and sump drains not done right either. Called several times, could not get anyone to talk with me or call me back, only person that I could get in touch with was salesman. Team sent back to my home, dug up what they had done earlier and left.Continued to call, NO one in charge ever came out to see the problems, was contracted by salesman finally called to let me know that another would be out to fix problems ( we are now into late November). After they redid V drain, they said everything right. After rain in February, I realized drain not working and water under house, called again and told would be a week before someone could come. When team came out, found drains not only did not have drains connected to anything but had NO outlet to drain, corrected this, realized after they left that sump pump not working right. Called back and given an appt. for a week later for them to come back, when no one showed up that day, called and told that they could not find that an appt. was given to me, told that it would be another week and a half before someone could come out to fix. Finally came out first week of March. Now I had paid in full way back in September and was put on back burner each time that I called, plus no one in charge ever came out to ck work done or call me to at least apologize about all the problems. All I wanted was what I paid for and for it to be done right.
I'm actually really sad I need to post this review. We've been using Regional since 2019 and the homeowners before us used them in 2015. Up until this point we've been happy with their work. We've had them out for a number of significantly large projects. In October when hurricane Helene hit our basement flooded. Regional came out and completed a massive outside job to prevent it from happening again. But in the process of tearing up the floors we realized there was a failure in Regional's system that was put in years ago. A manager came out, Miss Lee, along with another gentleman who both agreed something wasn't right. They sent someone else out to check the sump pump and that was working. They left that day and informed us if the problem persists let them know. As you can see from the pictures the problem continues. There is water coming in those spots. Per Miss Lee's request we emailed her our pictures and have been ghosted ever since. We have had appointments set up and then canceled. This has been going on since December. Our GC cannot finish his renovations because we cannot get anyone from Regional to email or call us back. We are beyond frustrated. I am so disappointed in their communication and customer service. And what are we to do with the wet floor from the drains they put in??!! At this point I cannot recommend them to anyone.
Andrew and Tony came out to install piers on part of my foundation. No complaints and the crew was very professional. The neighborhood kids were also enjoying them being there to see the holes that were dug and the excavator, which the two of them treated super nicely and talked to them to explain what they were doing. Hoping for a similar experience when the poly portion gets done.
Page Brockman did a great job assessing, writing and explaining scope and was easy to work with to revise quote to our needs. The team did a great job communicating when they would arrive to install and what to expect with the crawl space encapsulation and floor insulation removal and wall insulation install.
Jamie, Jayden and Galina did a great job communicating what to expect, organizing and completing their tasks and cleaning up after themselves. The job exceeded my expectations and passed county inspection with no findings.
Short term it observations this winter appears that the floors feel warmer, the heat pump runs less often than in the past and the musty earthen odor in the house has gone.
