⛔️⛔️AVOID ⛔️⛔️ Had 25 zirconia crowns fitted july 2025 and had to go back june 2026 has i've had problem after problem with the teeth, constantly hurting,not being able to eat properly,and large holes under the teeth in which food gets stuck. They still havent repaired the holes or done anything to my teeth. I am now left with holes and constant pain, And wish i never had them done with this company. I was in turkey for a total of 10 days to get them repaired and they constantly changed my appointment times and days, and also on a couple of occasions, they didnt even bother picking me up, in resulted in me getting a private taxi at €60 euro return to my hotel. Also i paid for a seperate treatment and never had the treatment done, and now awaiting for a refund from over 2 weeks ago The dentist has gone down hill, and most probably will close soon, the dentist has now changed names from regenesis to appolon Every other patient i spoke with was not happy with this company. AVOID (REGENESIS HEALTH TRAVEL)(APPOLON LUXERY DENTAL CLINIC) AT ALL COSTS. I have now transferred to another reputable dentist to get this fixed. Please dont have anything done from this dentist

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Regenesis Health. After my dental treatment I experienced ongoing jaw pain, difficulty biting properly, and pain severe enough to wake me up at night. I reported these issues and was told that the aftercare department would contact me. I was also informed that a refund was being processed. However, almost two months later I still have not received the refund. Every time I ask for an update, I am told that the finance department is dealing with it, but no clear timeframe is provided. I requested direct contact details for the department responsible for the refund so I could follow it up myself, but this information was not provided. More recently, my messages have been ignored altogether. The most frustrating part is not only the delay but the lack of communication and accountability. Patients should not have to chase for months to receive money they have been told is owed to them. I hope the clinic resolves this matter promptly, but based on my experience I cannot recommend their customer service or aftercare process. THEY ARE SCAMERS !!!

Before treatment, everything sounds perfect — excellent communication, promises of high-quality service, professionalism, support, and care. The treatment was arranged through the Lithuanian representative Mantas Savickas, who handled communication and organization before the procedure. Unfortunately, once payment was made and problems started after treatment, communication became extremely difficult. Emails were ignored, and getting proper support or responsibility from the clinic became almost impossible. After reporting ongoing problems, it was simply stated that the representative no longer works with the clinic and that all communication must be handled directly with the clinic. Several different email addresses connected to the clinic were contacted, however no proper response has been received. This experience has resulted in significant stress, disappointment, additional expenses, and unresolved issues. At this stage, this clinic cannot be recommended. Anyone considering treatment abroad should think very carefully before relying only on promises and online marketing.

Exceptional service from start to finish I cannot express enough gratitude to everyone at Regenesis Health Travel for yet another exceptional experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them! A special thanks to Alison, our amazing coordinator, who was incredibly helpful throughout. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family, who also share my high praises. From the reception to the dental team, the staff consistently deliver outstanding care, all overseen by the remarkable clinic manager, Alper, who goes above and beyond. Truly a fantastic team—10/10 for sure!

This is one place to be avoided! My whole experience with this so called clinic has been shabby from the very begining. It was all milk and honey when I have 1st spoke to them. From guranatees and insurance to "friendly" staff. Well, I'm writting here (2years after my visit there) to let everyone know that whatever you are told are empty words and lies. From guarantees and insurance to scummy attitude from the staff, they managed to tick all the bad boxes. You are told at the beggining that for 10 years they will cover any expensess in case their shabby work fails to rezist time, but it is not the case. You will have to pay your flights and accomodation. More than that, if you dare to bring up any of the guarantees that they have made, you'll face ignorance, mobster type of attitude and underminig of intelingence (basiclly, they treat you like and idiot) All in all, what you are being told at the beggining won't mean a rusty penny when you call them out for the petty job they've done. There are plenty of other clinics that are really good at what they do, it just so happens that this is not one

I would not recommend Regenesis Clinic. In my experience, the clinic seemed more focused on making money than on patient care. After undergoing treatment, I began experiencing issues with both my crown (which started chipping) and my implants. When I contacted the clinic, I was told this was “normal wear and tear” and that I would need to pay again for any repairs—including additional costs for flights and accommodation. I found this response extremely disappointing. What may seem appealing at first—combining treatment with a holiday—is not always what it appears to be. If complications arise, especially with an unprofessional clinic, you may end up paying far more in the long run. My advice to others: Choose your clinic very carefully Ensure you have a clear, written warranty before proceeding Don’t be swayed by extras like hotels or private transfers Take time to research the clinic, dentists, and staff thoroughly Never rush into signing for treatment In my case, the experience was a disaster. When I raised concerns and mentioned sharing my experience publicly, I was even threatened with legal action. Please be cautious and make informed decisions—your health should always come first.

⭐ 1 Star – Very concerning experience After travelling to Turkey with this company for gastric sleeve surgery, I decided not to proceed once I arrived at the hospital due to serious concerns about safety and hygiene. The hospital did not appear clean, and while waiting to be taken to my room, a corpse in an open coffin, wrapped in a bedsheet and cable-tied at each end, came out of the lift. This was extremely distressing and immediately raised major concerns about hospital standards. I also became aware of reports of deaths, heart attacks, and infections linked to procedures, which completely removed any confidence I had in going ahead. Despite not proceeding with surgery due to these concerns, I was still charged a percentage of the cost. I sent a very detailed message to my coordinator outlining everything, but the only response I received was “sorry you had a bad experience” with no reassurance or explanation. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to research very carefully before committing.

We are doing dental work together with my husband in a clinic in Turkey. We had implants placed. The first visit was very pleasant. The second visit was to choose crowns for the dates as well. My husband was happy, I am not so happy because my teeth are crooked. Although I said that, I was told that it only looks like that to me and that we are not taking any measures. After three months, my husband's teeth started to fall apart in pieces and I have endless lip biting while eating. Since we had a warranty, we are doing it again in the clinic after a year. My husband had all his teeth replaced, although the warranty was valid, but we had to pay extra. They made them too high, uncomfortable and did not pay attention to his dissatisfaction. They told me that they did not see anything wrong, but that I bite my lips while eating, it makes me old and my lips fall inward. The appointment was scheduled for 4 days, but it took 7. Since the husband's last appointment was at 7 pm on the last day, he had one choice: either fly home with teeth that were too big or fly without teeth. That's it for you, and the warranty.

Visited the clinic for dental work, after readying the glowing reviews. Well my advice is avoid. On getting to the clinic xrays done etc once in the chair what was just 4 inplants for missing back teeth and then 24 crowns. They then tried to say 10 upper teeth removed and all on 6 for the upper. As i wasnt happy about this and gut said something wasnt right resulted in my saying no thanks. Well glad i did. After visiting 4 other clinics out there and also 3 other dentists in the uk. All have said no teeth to be removed for the work needed This is a clinic where they upsell to do all on six. On top of this when i booked i had to pay a deposit and signed contract. Was told that if i cancelled id get money back minus the hotel bill. Nope they added taxis which i say is fair. But they also added £150 admin fee. This isnt anywhere within the contract. When i pointed this out they made threats for legal action. These threats also included if i made a negative review or negative social media posts. This explains why you dont see many negativ reviews. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely wasted my time for dental work quotation, regardless of explaining my situation. The consultant asked me to provide an xtray, which i had organised and paid for with my current dentist, then ive been told I cannot be offered the services at all. From original contact with the consultant it took a month, absolutely disappointing!

If your looking for dental Treatment in Turkey Regenesis is the place to go The reception staff really look after you and are very clear with appointments etc the dentist them selves are also a different level making it pain free and transforming your mouth to perfection They really cater for British people I would recommend staying in Grandpark Lara Hotel all inclusive just up the road as that is faultless. I have recommended a few people and all are so happy with the results so the come Highly recommended from me 🪥🦷😁

I would like to share a very positive experience with Regenesis. I have been planning to get my teeth fixed for a long time and decided to go to Turkey. I got quotes from quite a few companies and finally found Regenesis, whose headquarters are in London. I researched their background and also went for an interview on site. I got a very positive and reliable impression. I decided to get my teeth fixed through them. 26 zirconium crowns. Hotel and plane tickets, local transport from the airport to the hotel and back. In addition, a list of the medical procedures was included in the price (also a companion). The hotel is clean, very pleasant reception and friendly service. I was very nervous. The next day I had a meeting with the Doctor and the translator who explained the treatment plan again. After that, we started filing the teeth down and I got my temporary crowns. The only pain I felt was the injections. So far everything is great. I am very happy with my new smile and the work was done with great quality and care. I recommend Regenesis to everyone who is planning to go to Turkey for dental treatment. A big thank you to the Coordinator Iga, Manager Esim from the London Office and of course my dentist Dt. Ertugrul Agca and his Assistant Merve Kara, the patient coordinator Tetiana Khvan and the wonderful Reception staff for a very positive and high-quality experience. Had a full set of crowns fitted in 2023 . Unfortunately I got a small chip on one of the front ones . Regenesis made arrangements to return to have a new crown fitted . Whilst here I got a 10/10 service again . Regenesis must be the best health travel company in Turkey .Thank you guys .
