Recently we ordered diamond ring for my partner in our 5th anniversary with Regal and it was fabulous. Initially we consult with Joshua, one of the staff member who explain us color, quality, cut of the lab grown diamond and based on that different prices.Once we ordered based on our requirements it was exactly what we supposed to want as in simple and elegant ring which perfectly fits on finger. The perfect experience for the perfect ring I visited Regal as I was in the process of buying an engagement ring. Beforehand I felt a little lost as the whole process was completely alien to me. Daniel put me at ease by explaining all I needed to know and helped me craft the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. Daniel provided a number of options and helped steer me in the right direction. He didn’t rush me or pressure me in any way and was patient with me as I asked various questions so I could be confident in my choices. After 2 visits, I decided on what I wanted, which turned out to be a beautiful and highly bespoke ring. The whole process, including Daniel’s communication, felt very personal and tailored to me. I couldn’t recommend Regal enough. My fiancée and I are extremely happy with the outcome, and my fiancée continues to comment on how perfect the ring is and how she couldn’t have designed it better herself. We approached Regal after researching Hatton Garden jewellers and reading various reviews online. Our first meeting with Daniel was well organised; he had made note of our requirements prior to the appointment to ensure that he was able to present the most viable and applicable options. Daniel made us feel comfortable and acted in a transparent and professional manner, with a warm / non-pushy approach. We met with other jewellers and did not have the same feeling or competitive prices - would highly recommend.

I came across Regal with my missus by accident as the outside of the store looked very professional and fresh, this was the first shop that we went to at Hatton Gardens. Long story short. If you are in the market for a natural diamond ring for your engagement and or wedding bands then my recommendation is not to waste your time by going to other stores. Just ask any member of their staff to explain the 4Cs, cut, clarity, colour carat etc. (if you don’t already know). Then leave the rest to them and don’t even bother trying to get a better deal because their prices are literally unbeatable and very honest. Save yourself the time of shopping around for better deals. Daniel and Arina are the most helpful professionals that I came across whilst shopping for the engagement ring before Hatton Gardens. We had a very short amount of time to get these rings and thankfully Daniel managed to order the diamond ring and wedding bands to within 10 working days and exactly on time as promised. The ring was better than we expected it in looks and shine, all natural with triple X cut/Polish and none florescent with the GIA certification. Daniel even agreed that we can get an independent body to verify the grading for us this proves that he’s very confident in what he provides to his customers. Overall I rate their business 5 stars.
