I recently had a Fleur de Lis tummy tuck with muscle repair. Dr. Gusching is awesome! He takes the time to answer any and all of my questions. Not only that, but what really impressed me was he explained WHY. I got a lymphatic massage a few days after and the therapist said she was shocked at how little bruising I had. Overall it has been a wonderful experience. I’m still swollen but still can’t believe how good I look! Dr Gusching explained that if I don’t walk upright from the start, then when I eventually do, I’d be pulling at my scars. Everyone was so great and answered all my questions. I’m really happy with the service they provided. Someone left a negative review for Kelly a while back but I have to say that was not my experience. She was so nice and professional and worked with my schedule.
Master surgeon!!!!!! Literal perfection! Dr. Gusching and his staff are so kind. The facility is SPOTLESS and has been every time I’ve been in there. I won’t use another surgeon, I still cry happy tears every time I look in the mirror! Can’t say enough good things about this place, WORTH EVERY PENNY
There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Dr Gusching. Reflections is top notch all the way. From start to finish I can promise that you will be very well taken care of. His staff is absolutely amazing and always willing to answer any questions you may have. This is my 3rd surgery with Dr Gusching and I am so very pleased with my results. I just had to go back and edit my review. Five stars doesn't say enough about the level of service I received at Reflections. Erin in particular has been amazing. I have had multiple medically necessary surgeries and I have always had to call and leave a message at the Dr. 's office and hope someone calls me back the next day. Erin gave me her cell phone number and told me to text her with any questions. She immediately answers. Exceptional service!

Dr. Gusching is one of a kind!! I was so nervous going in for my consultation, not to mention on the day of my surgery and he threw my nerves out the window! He is very personable & listens to what YOU want for your body. I am so happy with my results and he will always be my first pick! 10/10 recommend Dr. Gusching & his team!

Over the past several years I've enjoyed coming here for many of their services. The new building is beautiful and inviting. But KELLY, the front desk person, is always so rude!! I've had it with her. Therefore I will no longer continue to come. As a business owner you should know the major role the front desk plays in making or breaking a business. Not sure if Holly is aware of Kelly's rudeness but I'm hoping this helps her become aware. My decision is not an easy one but I dreaded calling or coming in because of KELLY. I will no longer need to put up her. The only reason I did was because I enjoyed the treatments but not after today's call.
If you can avoid her, you will be fine. Everyone else is nice and welcoming 😊
