Wayyyy over priced. I called Goldens plumbing and they did it same day for less than half the quote on the same work. And they still charged me $99 dollars to come out and give me price gouged quote. Will not be calling them again. I recommend any other local plumber, they will be cheaper and better service than this company. Goldens plumbing gives free quotes as well, so just beware with this company.

Plumber Jacob came out today to replace valves and faucet in my master bath. He was very clean, prepared, and efficient while in my home. The price was incredible compared to previous plumbing companies in the past and their communication was perfect. High recommend to use them.

Unreliable
Caused me to have a major leak in my bathroom . My bathroom has to be gutted out .
He won’t take responsibility of his mistake.
He promised to pay my deductible and offered to do my plumbing for free.
He had mentioned to my contractor several times he was doing the work for free and paying my deductible. He now refuses to show up and do what he promised me. I a very shocked and disappointed . He has left me in a mess .
I have been living in totally chaos since the beginning of April 2025 dealing with insurance company, contractors and living upside down.

From start to finish was nothing but amazing. Our water heater stopped working and they work us in immediately. Brad was up front and honest about everything and never tried to upsell. He also worked his schedule around to get us back up and running all in the same day. They will be my go to for any plumbing issues in the future.

Brad, at Red's Plumbing, was AWESOME. A literal life saver. Red's Plumbing advertised as 24 hour emergency service, (as other companies also advertised), but Red's Plumbing was the ONLY company that answered our call at 9pm on a Monday night, and would come out and help us even though we are on septic!
We had water actively seeping out of where our toilet meets our wood floor, and the couple of companies that actually answered our call that advertised as emergency repair, couldn't help us because we are on septic.
Brad, from Red's Plumbing came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem, and got the active leak to stop for the night. Then he came back the next morning and fixed our problem. He was extremely polite and professional, and also handled our home warranty service wonderfully. His price was more than fair, even with the late night call out. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the service.
I absolutely would recommend Red's Plumbing to everyone, and they will now be who we call for any of our needs!

I called Reds because one of the faucets in a rental property was stuck on. I called at 9:00 am and they had the problem fixed by 1:00 pm. They called me when it was done, collected payment. Fair price, hassle free, quick and easy. I’ll use them again.

Brad is an excellent service provider as much as he is a good person, Iv'e had him provide services for me for several years now at multiple locations from the Metro Nashville area to the Maury county outskirts of Columbia TN. Absolutely my first go to for plumbing fixes or upgrades from fixing a leaking toilet that wastes money to adding a beday or full on installation of new fixtures Give Reds plumbing a call and expect prompt efficient service at competitive prices.
