Jim was very helpful though the entire process. He made several trips to our home to make sure all was well. Called and kept us informed on the status of some follow up work that was needed. Will be visiting Jim again for more purchases. So it’s been over a month since my garage arrived. Needed more gravel and for the garage door to close properly. A month later I still don’t have the gravel and I can not lock the garage door. I had my old shed removed so now all my belongings are in a garage that I can not secure. Really didn’t want to post this but I have called and called and all I have gotten is someone will be there.

We were searching tirelessly for a shed that would fit our specific dimensions and color, size, and features. We found Red Rose online, and spoke with Jim. The amount of patience, dedication and sincerity we felt with Jim was wonderful. He sent us pictures via text of the shed we were interested in and was extremely kind and easy to talk to. He stated a little longer to wait for us to arrive a little after hours due to traffic. He didn’t rush us and had everything organized for when we made our purchase. Joe was very responsive on the phone and kept us in the loop every step of the way to let us know when our shed would arrive. The gentlemen who delivered our shed was very kind and professional. They delivered in record time and ensured us everything was in tact. We highly recommend buying, custom making or whatever your heart desires to get it done by Red Rose! They will not disappoint! You will leave extremely happy. Thank you all for the service you provided to my family!

Our old shed was literally sinking into the ground in the back yard. My husband would shovel around the front doors to open them. We visited Red Rose to purchase a new shed after visiting other businesses. The quality between the Red Rose sheds and the others was very obvious. Jim, using a cane, took the time to walk through several sheds explaining the differences between them without pressuring us to buy at that time. When we made the final decision Jim was there from purchase to delivery. The young men who installed the pad were experienced and professional at all times, and the shed was delivered on time. We are very pleased with our shed.

We needed a building for our tractor and motorcycles and after shopping around we chose RedRose Creations to deal with. Jim was great as was his colleagues. Jim actually helped me the most when he figured out that my ramp needed to accommodate my 3 wheeled CanAm. They changed my ramp at no extra cost. Jim also answered my call when he was home sick in bed. That’s customer service! My beautiful garage and the pad were delivered: and placed in a very fast time frame, sooner than I expected.

Go ahead and get it! You’re not going to find a better built shed. Joe is a master craftsman. We loved the quality of the shed so much, we had a second one built 6 months later. And Jim is the nicest, most patient salesperson you’re going to meet. I had no less than 6 revisions after the quote for the first shed. Finally, he came to the site and gave very helpful advice. For pad install, I had 2 different companies. I recommend Firm Foundations (first pic)

From the first meeting to order, the pad construction, the on time shed delivery to the follow up call after installation, each member of the team made this experience incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional the teams really set the bar high for customer service and support. As for construction, straight solid lumber, properly secured shingle and siding.
