Absolute worst customer service I can remember in probably more than a decade. Waitress was incredibly slow and inattentive, regularly claiming they were "swamped" when there were only a handful of tables in the entire restaurant. Slow to take orders, even slower to bring out food and drinks, and when food did finally arrive it was wrong for several members of our table or already cold. Would think they were coming to bring us something, only to find they had forgotten what had already been told to them, and was stand-off-ish when someone said their order was wrong, and would come back several times to verify what was wrong. Also did not seem to know the majority of things that were on the menu, including extremely basic cocktails. Asked if I wanted my burger "pink or no pink" (not even asking medium, rare, well done, etc.), and despite saying "pink burger arrived cold and well done. Garlic fries were an oily, soggy mess that were also not even hot. Nowhere even remotely worth the premium price they're charging for burgers, it was all just like something you would expect from an Applebee's or something if even that. We came for a friend's birthday, but the terrible service and subpar food really dampened the mood of what should have been a fun celebration. Nearly everyone in our 10+ person party agreed this was the worst service they had in years, and that they would not be returning. It's hard to believe that this place is in business, there are just way too many other better options in the area that are more competitively priced with better quality and service. A bit of a shame as I remember having good experiences at some Red Robin's in other cities, but between the absolutely abysmal service and poor quality food there is just no way we would ever go back here in the future.

Visited here on July 15th, 2024 my family and I decided that we would try out this red robin since it's a little close to us definitely very disappointed from the start with the waitress making my 2 daughter feel weird for asking if the waitress could miss 2 different pops together for them to our food coming out cold and 2 of our burgers made completely wrong which they end up remaking but took literally 15mins to receive the remakes so half the family had to sit and wait for 2 of us to eat considering they were all done with their meals well one of my daughters asked the waitress for more of the endless Mac and cheese and well she ordered more a couple mins after the remakes being put in and then asked again for it but she never got it after paying I asked to talk to manager stood there for a good five mins and waitress disappeared and didnt see any managers so I just ended up leaving

This was the 4th weekend, I believe they were short staffed, GM should have known this was going to happen. Took 9 minutes to get drinks, food came out fairly quick. There was an issue with the floor as the humidity in this restaurant was terribly wet. We did see 2 people slip and fall during our visit. There was a wet floor sign upon entering the building, but I think someone should have turned the air on to get rid of the moisture lingering in the store. This is my first visit at this location, second time at a Red Robin's. I have no interest in ever going again.

Terrible service. No refills on kids food even after we asked for more, multiple times I might add. We got our drinks way after our food was delivered. No silverware was given even after we asked, so we just went to the hostess station and ask the young lady there. Probably the worst service I've had in years. Will not be taking the family back.

This place has really gone down hill. The last few times we've been there the service was horrible even though we were only one of like 4 tables taken in the whole place. A server spilled a drink all over the floor right next to us and didn't even bother to clean it up, just threw a "wet floor" sign over it and left it there for us to have to step over. We had to ask for silverware several times and drinks were never refilled.

I personally never leave reviews for my experiences, but I have to leave a review this time because this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I ever had. Visiting out of town from Alabama, I was expecting to get the same service that I would have at our local Red Robin’s but I was wrong. We get there and we do not get greeted by our server and it takes another server to get our drinks after 15 minutes. Once we get our order placed 20 minutes after we get our drinks, we don’t get checked on our whole time there. We did not get drink refills either. People coming in after us would get their food and be done eating before we even got our food or refills. It took another server to come ask us how we were doing to get our check of just the appetizer we ordered minus the entrees we had and left. There was absolutely no manager presence at all upon walk in or even when we asked for our entrees off of our check because we never got them. We will not be back at a Red Robin’s ever again after this experience.. if I could give it zero stars I would.

Not sure if it was just an off day, but it took nearly 10 minutes at a very NOT busy time of day for anyone to acknowledge us when we walked in, and to seat us. Our waitress was fine, but after we finished eating it took about 15 minutes to get her attention to our check, at which point she just kinda chucked it on the table and walked away. We weren’t able to pay at the kiosk on our table, and the waitress never came back, so after another ~10 minutes we just took the check up front and paid there. The food was good, but the service was odd. Again, not sure if it was just an off day/new staff or something, but we won’t be visiting this location again.

I hadn't been to a Red Robin in several years. I enjoyed their new (?) bottomless cream sodas. My chicken Ensenada plate was better than I remembered. Still had bottomless sides. Good pricing. Will definitely go back.
