I hadn't been to a Red Robin in several years. I enjoyed their new (?) bottomless cream sodas. My chicken Ensenada plate was better than I remembered. Still had bottomless sides. Good pricing. Will definitely go back.

I don’t think over ever had a worse experience anywhere. Long story short-the service was trash, and the food and drinks were very disappointing. This location should be very disappointed in the way it’s ran. The restaurant was practically empty when my group (4 ppl) came in. We got seated right when we came in, and it didn’t take long for our server, Shadow, to come take our drink order. Right off the bat my friend ordered a Oreo shake with our drink orders. About 5 or so minutes later we got our drinks and Shadow took our orders. From this point on, everything was awful. It took about 45 minutes - an hour for our food to come out, while Shadow never once came back to our table to check on drinks or anything. While waiting on our food, she was behind the bar talking to the bartender almost the whole time. From where we were seated, I could see our food at the pickup area, and I feel pretty strongly it was up there sitting at least 20 minutes before a different server brought it to us. At this point my friend still hasn’t gotten his shake, and when the food comes out, most of it is either cold or just barely warm. I ordered wings and a side of broccoli, both of which weren’t very hot, and my wings weren’t even the right ones. My friend with the shake at this point (almost an hour of waiting) asks the server about his shake. After about twenty minutes into eating, Shadow comes back and says that they’re out of Oreo, so my friend gets a different shake, and that’s when my other friends tells her his fries were cold when they came out and he’d like new ones. About another 20 minutes pass before his shake comes out, but at this point everybodies done eating, aside from the plate of cold fries my other friend didn’t eat, which he never got a replacement for. When we got our checks finally, the charged him for fries even though he got an entree and they are included. All in all this place sucks, and i don’t know how they’re still in business.

Love Red Robin! The food and service were great! Gluten free bun available. Only thing we noticed that needed some attention was the floor - greasy and slick. In the dining room and into the bathrooms. But, maybe this could easily be fixed with a new soap. Otherwise had a great experience!

We walked in to, got seated, it was filthy beyond anything I’ve ever seen in a restaurant before. Ever. Food and crayons everywhere in every section on every inch of the floor. The staff were on their phones doing nothing. No one greeted us or spoke to us. I used the restroom and I was shocked. As a former Red Robin employee I didn’t know it was allowed to get that bad. Didn’t know it was possible for so little care or cleanliness. We left before attempting to order cuz honestly I don’t wanna eat somewhere like that. Disgusting

Went to eat with my husband and as we were walking to our car our server came running after us and shouted “are you going to pay?” We had already paid on the kiosk and got up to leave quickly since it was close to closing time and we didn’t want to hold anyone up any longer. I was already annoyed but showed her my Apple wallet recent purchases which at the top showed “Red Robin 3 min ago” she made us come inside and checked on the computer which took a literal 3 seconds to see that we did indeed pay, which is what should have happened before coming out after us and embarrassing us in front of everyone else at the mall. This is no way to treat customers and we will not be dining here again. If people walking out on checks is an issue then you need to be paying closer attention to your tables. She had already asked if we needed any last things for the night or boxes and she had walked away and we didn’t see her at all so we were not about to wait for her to come check on us again when we already paid and were ready to leave. She also said she’d be fired if she had another table walk out on her. This is not my problem and as a paying customer I should not have been humiliated.

I think we had been here once several years ago, but I remembered it being a little nicer. Some of the tables and booths looked like they were not in great shape -- our table had a noticable downward slope. We sat in the bar because they said they didn't have any other tables clean -- it didn't seem that busy, but maybe they didn't have people to bus the tables. There wasn't anyone else in the bar at the time, so that seemed like a good choice, but the food took forever. I don't think it was the fault of the server; she did a fairly good job. The food wasn't bad as Red Robin goes -- the batch of garlic fries I had was great.

Good Vibe of the place, food was Red Robin quality. Party of 7 no complaints. Quickly seated us on a Friday at 5pm. Our server was funny and attentive.

When we walked in there was some ungodly music playing so loudly I had to ask everyone to repeat. I ordered a Michelob Ultra, which in other Red Robins is draft. I got a bottle. My wife ordered orange juice without ice and when it came and she tried it she said sip and smell. It smelled like beer and tasted like beer was mixed in. I ordered what i always get in other Red Robins. A bleu cheese burger and garlic Parmesan brussel spouts They brought me broccoli and I had to return it. The brussel sprouts were large, very hard and tough. I could taste the bleu cheese once in a while, but not often. All in all it was a disappointing visit and we won't go back to the Clay Terrace Red Robin. Turn the music down and play something comforting not what the employees want to hear.

It's crazy to say the least we used to eat at Red Robbin and most all the hamburgers were $9.99 of course some a bit more. We went there last night and found that the burgers were $15.99 and up. I really call that price gouging, I know everyone says prices have gone up but $5.00 per burger. Then they charged 1.99 extra for garlic fries and they were all droopy. She said that was normal, not... in the past we always got the garlic fries and they were never soggy. Very disappointed, for all that extra money. I could maybe see $1.00 or $2.00 more but $5.00 it is just a rip off in my opinion. I'm officially not giving them my money any longer.
