We were one of three tables and our veggie burger and bonesless wings took over 30 minutes, literally the easiest items to make. I feel bad for the servers when the kitchen doesn’t have it together, I get second hand embarrassed. If there’s a kitchen lead/manager they should re-think it because absolutely nothing was done to let us know that something was wrong aside from making the server take the fall for the kitchen’s let-downs.
Overall the managerial staff was there only for decoration.
Not coming back.

Sadly since the pandemic there always seems to be an hour wait for a table so we haven’t been able to eat here is awhile. I miss their zucchini fries but they need to be eaten fresh. They do not travel well.
update: in recent months there has been no trouble getting into eat at Red Robin. I am glad that the issue with the servers caused by the pandemic seem to have been resolved. We often go here with our neighbor for a pleasant time and good food.

Our food was great! Unfortunately our waiter wasn't as on top of things as we would have liked. Then there was a group of children in the back of the restaurant that were creating havoc. Popping balloons, leaving a huge mess. This was not the restaurant's fault that the parents decided to take the night off, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Overall service was slow. Didn't get silverware or napkins had to ask the hostess. Then we were a table of 4 and only got 3 napkins. There was a steak knife on the floor between the table and the window that had been there for a while. Not likely to go back.

I’ve eaten at plenty of Red Robin’s but this was my first time at this location. My advice? Find somewhere else to eat. Service was extremely slow, we had to ask multiple time for refills, when we finally got our food, we sat there with no utensils for close to 10 minutes. Finally, my husband got up, started looking for silverware himself, all while two employees who were on their phones just looked at him. When we were eventually brought silverware, it was plastic. I asked for real silverware and they said it was dirty and in the dishwasher. This seemed impossible since there were only about five tables with people at them. I think it was because once they waited on tables, they don’t bother to clean them off because there were several dirty tables surrounding us. We were finally brought real silverware but it wasn’t even warm which leads me to believe it didn’t come straight out of the dishwasher. Overall just a terrible dining experience and I won’t be visiting this location again.

Bacon fondue burger is great and should be permanently added to menu. I visited twice this month. First time waiter seemed to focused on himself and talking than taking care of customers. I asked for more sweet potato fries and when they finally came there were cold. Second time I visited waitress was very attentive and friendly.

Food is decent, server was extremely friendly and entertaining.
The problems were with mistakes from the bar, kitchen just slow. Orders were wrong.
Had to ask for basic items like forks, condiments napkins.

Great menu and ordered bottomless fries as an appetizer because we were starving, they came out quickly. They do a good job with allergy menu options.
